Step into Lookout Mountain 27B, a cozy one bedroom/2 bathrooms condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the surrounding mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals. At the end of the day, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere on your deck while taking in the brilliant night skies. From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck with your private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and flat screen TV. The efficiency kitchen is perfect for simple meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full-size shower. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom with private bath. This Master suite features a King size bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo. Lookout Mountain 27B will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Cozy condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Two bathrooms was nice with two teenagers. Downtown Estes Park is only a short drive from the condo. Very pretty view from the front deck. Take note there is not an oven, stovetop only.

Nice location

The unit was clean and in a good location, but there was no oven, the fridge was very small and the hot tub was only feet away from the next door neighbors hot tub
no privacy. There is a nice view from the deck and the two fireplaces were nice. Having two bathrooms was nice to have but the two TV’s were very small.

Our stay at Lookout Mountain 27B in Estes Park was absolutely phenomenal. This cozy 1-bedroom condo packs a punch with its thoughtful amenities and stunning location. The private hot tub was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains - perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. With two fireplaces, we always had a warm, inviting atmosphere to come back to, whether relaxing in the living room or retiring to the bedroom. Despite its compact size, the condo felt spacious and well-designed. The two bathrooms were a convenient touch, especially when getting ready for our daily adventures. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them with a side of mountain scenery. The location couldn't be better - close enough to downtown Estes Park for easy access to restaurants and shops, yet far enough to feel secluded in nature. We even spotted elk grazing nearby one morning! Cleanliness was top-notch, and communication with the property managers was smooth and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and the charming town of Estes Park. If you're looking for a romantic getaway or a comfortable retreat for a small family, Lookout Mountain 27B is an excellent choice. We're already planning our return visit!

Great views

We stayed for a week. Easy access to the city but not too close to worry about the crowds or traffic. Easy access to the national park. The hot tub was great after long hikes and great views of mountians. Overall would come back and stay again.

RMNP visit

Location is close and convenient to RMNP and Downtown. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was being on the 1st floor we could hear the individuals above us walking and moving things around. All and all we loved the condo and would stay again.

Mary’s Lake Condo

Unit was on lower level with multiple units in one building. Property offered little to no view, unless you like your neighbor’s rooftop.. The hot tubs are located near the front entrance to your condo. The neighbor’s hot tub and front entrance are about 10’ from yours and there is absolutely no privacy. The hot water heater went out and we were moved to another property closer to Long’s Peak. The after-hours person did not call the maintenance department for us. After hiking all day, we were without a hot shower. The manager, Stacy, was very responsive when we finally got in touch with her the next day. The property we were moved to was incredible! Check out Alpine Brook Lodge

Nice place in a good location

Had a nice stay, was close enough to town to be able to go explore. The hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day and the fire places were nice and cozy. The only thing that was a bother was the neighbors above us running around late at night.

Amazingly Relaxing

My husband and I wanted to get away for our wedding anniversary and our only parameter was "a property having a hot tub." Well this place delivered and then some!!! We were able to spend most of our time looking out off the deck, from inside the hot tub, staring at the mountains and incoming weather. It was only a short drive from town, but far enough out that we felt more in nature. It was also a very short drive down the hill to a beautiful lake with picnic tables and tons of climbing to explore. We will absolutely be going back!!!

Challenging VRBO Reservation

Encountered difficulties making reservation via VRBO. Check-in details sent to incorrect cell# Property was extremely difficult to locate upon arrival due to illegible property map sent to us. Parking areas, property walkways & stairs...icy & snowpacked. Expected better service given the amount paid to stay here. Disappointed by the difficulties encountered. Definitely not "Winter or Senior" friendly lodging accomodation. Overall frustrating experience.

Filthy and Broken Down

The property was filthy. Dust on the vents, fans, and mantle that was thick and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Men’s hair stubble on the master bathroom sink. Stains on the carpets. Broken kitchen counters. Broken hot tub cover. Notified management and we were told that they would process a refund if we left. Finally got a paper receipt for the refund. Still waiting on the card credit. Overall not as advertised and they’ve now held on to the money for 18 days though the refund receipt came 7 days after we left after I contacted them a second time.

Not easy to find condo number. Hot tub cover broken (was also noted in a previous on-line review)- no steps to hot tub (maintenance did bring some). Circuit breaker blew in master bedroom when using hair dryer. Space is small. Only stools to sit on for a kitchen table.

It is a 10 minute drive to pretty much everywhere in Estes Park. The condo is perfect for two people. It would be tight for anymore. The property is quiet at night and great views.

Said for four people but was crowded for 2, terrible sofa bed, had to purchase air mattress which barely fit in tiny living room. Had a rv style fridge, tiny tiny, wouldn't even hold a gallon of milk. No oven, and no room on porch, only two very tiny uncomfortable chairs, overall not nearly worth what I paid for it, tiny tiny tiny!!!

Great view and location. Nice kitchen and two fireplaces. Comfortable bedroom. All we needed for a perfect stay was a hot tub cover that wasn't broken, the tub was nice but handling the cover was work.

Nice location if you can find it

Hi, I wish I could give a 5 star review and I think the property is capable of that but not the way it is currently managed. The biggest problems is that we could not locate the condo when we arrived, it was dark, there are no street road signs in the complex and there are no unit signs at road level for the condos. There is ample room to put condo numbers at road level where new guests can find them but there are none. Also a similar issue for parking, there are no signs where the condo parking is located and all the parking is full. We arrived when dark and could not find the condo and then did not have any place to park. Also when inside there was only one long stem wine glass when booking for two. However the unit is very nicely equipped with nice finishes. The biggest other downside is the tiny mini-frig and hot tub too is not private but there were no others outside so that was not a big deal at all. Again could be a great place but lack of location identification was a bad start to our weekend stay. P.S. I called when we could not find the condo and never got a response so the management is terribly lacking in this respect too.
