« The friendly English-speaking staff at this family-owned hotel were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is just steps away from the historic city center - perfect for sight-seeing and shopping for local crafts. The hotel was quiet and very clean. I appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee/tea pot and good WiFi. The hotel’s rooftop terrace has a stunning view of the city’s historic architecture. I went up to take photos multiple times. « Accueil lamentable à l'arrivée, nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger et en plus refus de nous délivrer deux clés pour la chambre. La chambre passable. Lors du départ, personne à l'accueil malgré les appels, nous avons déposé la clé sur le comptoir et partis. Je ne comprends vraiment pas le classement de cet hôtel sur Hotels.com.... »
