Cet hôtel est presque parfait et très bien situé. Très bonne note pour la salle de bain et la douche qui fonctionne très bien. Le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Sinon, c'était parfait!

Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Hôtel très sympa, plutôt bien situé (à quelques minutes de marche du début de la Freedom Trail et du TD Garden, par exemple) et assez silencieux. Personnel très agréable, chambre suffisamment grande pour qui se contente de passer ses nuits à l'hôtel. A recommander, j'y retournerai volontiers.

Emplacement parfait pour marcher la Ville...Hôtel près de tout... Par contre à côté d'un hôpital alors bcp d'ambulance la nuit ! Aussi le tapis dans les chambres est vieux... Sinon très bon service !

Très bien situé mais aurait besoin d’un peu d’amou
Hôtel très bien situé mais en sérieux déficit d’un peu d’amour. Notre salle de bain aurait eu besoin d’une rénovation complète, cuvette cassée, douche baignoire avec émail en très mauvais état en plus du cadre de miroir et papier peint enflé par l’humidité. Chambre avec lits doubles qui ressemblait plus à des lits jumeaux. Les prix étaient légèrement inférieurs à d’autres établissements à proximité mais tout de même très dispendieux pour des canadiens à 305USD la nuit. Les photos des chambres sur le site datent probablement de l’année de construction il y a 15 ou 20 ans. Le personnel était courtois et très gentil autant à la réception qu’au service de voiturier. Nous n’avons pas mangé sur place.

There is new building under construction next door. They started driving pile at 7am. It’s a very standard hotel for a very high price. Was not impressed

Room was comfortable although very dated. Internet service was good. Breakfast was good, but lobby was small with insufficient seating for meetings without being in the dining room. I was disappointed that the pool was closed.

Maybe location. Definitely this property needs a mayor attention y all areas and rebuilding all. Carpets smell terrible and hallways, elevators etc. seem dirty.

I didn't like that there was no maid service and we had to ask twice for towels. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

I was charged 4 or 5 times what this room was worth. Drove up, limped out of my car (I have a broken foot) & was resoundingly ignored by valet & bellhops. My room smelled like an old man's car. The hotel is shabby, needs updating -- dings in the tub, weird cracks in the walls, icky carpet, everything worn & sad. Free wifi is unsecured/no password. Went to 3 floors to find a working ice machine. Having paid an exorbitant amt for this drab room (no doubt b/c it was graduation weekend), I feel completely ripped off. Would not stay again.

The beds were so AWFUL. We drove 10 hours to get there and I had the worst 2 nights of sleep and then had a 10 drive home. I'm sore:( And the loud construction waking us up early

This was a great location to see all the history in downtown. Not sure the price was worth it, but it was in line with the surrounding hotels.

This is a great location for the hospital. Walking and convenient. But the price is terrible for what you get once inside the rooms are ok nothing great.
