This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. From the Tates cookies and sparkling water available, to the water bottles at the end of the night, they really pay attention to small details, making it a great experience. The rooms were clean and roomy. We ended up walking the entire time in Boston since the hotel was at a great location, but if you plan on driving, keep in mind that you have to call ahead of time to access your car. Would definitely stay again!

The Whitney is an absolute jewel. We had a wonderful stay in a gorgeous room in an ideal location. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and everything was immaculately clean. The rooms are perfectly appointed and it felt as though all of the details from toiletries to the clothes steamer were curated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved the convenience of the location with so much walkability and beautiful paths behind the hotel on the water. We will definitely stay at the Whitney again!

We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived it was evident that this was a high quality hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is so pretty and comfortable. The restaurant located in the lobby is cozy and has delicious food. They even upgraded our room. The location is very walkable to shopping, the park , and other restaurants. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked a paper room service menu in the room. Trying to order on the TV was glitchy and frustrating. Would have liked tea in the room not just coffee.

Amazing!!!!!!!! Staff was so wonderful, hotel was beautiful, food was delicious, and room was luxurious and clean. Location was incredible at the top of Charles Street and felt like the middle of Europe. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed in Boston’s many times in the last year and walked by this hotel several times. This trip I decided to try it out. Very clean, welcoming staff, nicely appointed rooms though city room size, and a great location. I highly recommend this hotel for four and five star hotel clientele.

Beautiful boutique hotel ❤️
Located in the most beautiful part of Boston… Charles street! It has a wonderful little restaurant and bar in the lobby. I had lunch there and it was delicious. There’s walking to everything …shops, restaurants, pubs and the Boston common. The staff was lovely really and so accommodating.

I stayed two nights at the Whitney Hotel. The two big wonderful things about this hotel is the location- right at the top of Charles Street in Beacon Hill and also its QUIET. My room was a King, the budget room, and faced the expressway. Despite this, I heard Nothing from outside. The room itself was perfection- very clean, lots of thoughtful touches, unlimited snacks, etc, etc. The only two things that could have been better for me was 1) while the sheets were of high hotel quality (I’m a sheet snob), I prefer a firm mattress which this was not. It was the typical ‘memory foam’ sinking kind of mattress. Comfortable and I slept well, just not what I really like. But this is hotel standard, so mute point. The second thing is while the free snacks were much appreciated, everything was sweet. Apples, granola bars, cookies. It would be great if there were chips, cheese and crackers as well. One thing I Loved is the train station is right across the street. All in all, the Whitney Hotel is a superb and very comfortable place to stay while in Boston.
