Welcome to our fabulous boho chic studio apartment, located 25 minutes North of Boston. We welcome all guests, including your beloved pets!
.75 of a mile to the nearest MBTA bus stop, 3 miles to Lahey and 6 miles to Winchester Hospital. And best of all, Dunkin Donuts is a 5 minute walk from us ;)
Renovated in 2021, all new appliances and furniture. Private access to your own 325 sq ft first floor apartment (no stairs), queen memory foam mattress , with futon couch. 46" Smart TV, and 3/4 bath (no tub). Fully stocked kitchen, with keurig duo (single cup & carafe). Plenty of off street parking.
Shared laundry & backyard with outdoor furniture & fire pit.
Our apartment is located in the lower level of our home. We live above with our 9 year old daughter & 2 year old son, dog and cat. Our living area is located on the opposite side of the house so noise above you should not be an issue and is kept at a minimum.

Guests have access to the entire unit & parking (up to 3 parking spaces). Guests will have shared access to the laundry room and outdoor areas. .Pool & Hot Tub are rented on Swimply, & used by our family. Guests will have access to them in between swimply
bookings & family use. Please reach out to coordinate times to use.
We live upstairs and are available as needed. We tend to keep to ourselves & respect guestsâ privacy. Feel free to reach out at anytime, we are happy to answer questions or help in any way we can!
We welcome traveling nurses, interns, students, those relocating to the area or in between housing situations for short to mid term stays! If you need a certain length stay & our calendar wonât allow it, please reach out & ask, we are happy to make adjustments if we can!
Pool is seasonal- May thru September. Pool & Hot Tub are rented on Swimply, weâre happy to coordinate a time for you to use in between bookings.
The apartment is ideally set up for 1 individual. Additional guests (up to 2 adults, 1 child ) are a minimal extra fee.
We welcome all pets for an extra fee.
The Town of Burlington has a minimum 28 day stay requirement.
Smoking is allowed outside of the unit. Please dispose of your cigarette buts or request an ash tray. 420 friendly. Overnight guests are allowed, however we do ask that you do not leave them in the unit unaccompanied for extended amounts of time. We have had too many tinder dates wondering around the driveway when guests go to work đ Please be sure that any overnight guests are respectful, responsible and trustworthy, not only for our safety but for your safety as well
Hot Tub and Swimming Pool Waiver and Release
1. Acknowledgment of Risk:
The Renter acknowledges that the use of the hot tub and/or swimming pool (collectively, âFacilitiesâ) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death, and agrees to use the Facilities at their own risk.
2. Assumption of Responsibility:
The Renter agrees to be fully responsible for any and all injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to any person or property as a result of their use, or their guestsâ or inviteesâ use, of the Facilities.
3. Children and Supervision:
The Renter agrees that children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the Facilities. No lifeguard is provided.
4. Health and Safety Compliance:
The Renter and their guests agree not to use the Facilities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair judgment. The Renter further agrees to abide by all posted safety rules and any instructions provided by the property owner or their agents.
5. Waiver and Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Renter, for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Property Owner(s), their agents, representatives, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for any claim, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or related to the use of the hot tub or swimming pool.
6. Indemnification:
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner(s) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneyâs fees) arising from the Renterâs use or misuse of the Facilities, or the use by any guests or invitees of the Renter.
7. Acknowledgment of Understanding:
By signing this Agreement, the Renter confirms that they have read this waiver and release, fully understand its terms, understand that they have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
