« Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food »

« We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week. »

« Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly,had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. « The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »
