Our home is meticulously maintained and sparkling clean, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests. The quiet 3 bedrooms, a designated work area, and 2 bath home features:
1st Bedroom – 1 king-size bed
2nd Bedroom – 1 queen-size bed
3rd Bedroom – 2 full-size bed

Nicely renovated unit in an older neighborhood. Convenient sort walk to the T station. Marathon weekend, so while not on marathon route, it was well priced for all things considered. Comfortable beds, full kitchen.

We were looking for a place to downtown Boston and found this property. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Red line which was super easy. A quiet neighborhood made this a wonderful stay

The place was generally clean. At first entry, the place smelled like cigarette smoke. We notified the property manager and they offered to bring air fresheners. The king bed only had a top sheet. The washer and dryer had items in them.

Overall, this place met our needs for our stay in Boston. It is close to the train station that will get you all over the city. There is a small grocery store close by, a Walgreens, & plenty of great restaurants. You don’t have to go far from home to find a good place to eat. The home is clean & well equipped. Things I would want to know before booking: *There were four adults on this trip, which worked perfectly in the space. Any more than this would probably make it tight. One couch & one chair in the living room, so not a lot of space to hang out & relax. *The master bedroom faces the main street. There is some road noise at night, but for the most part not too much. Just depends on the day. *At the time of our stay, there were no dressers in the bedrooms. This was just a little inconvenience because we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. All this & we would still stay here again if ever returning to Boston.

Property was nice and clean. It was close to the red-line (5 minute walk) and made getting around fairly easy. It was a little noisy due to road construction going on right outside the building. There was a neighbourhood pub half a block away, as well as pharmacy close by. The contents a the house are sufficient, but just the basics, no wine glasses. Air conditioner control was a little tough to figure out but we eventually did it.Small, expensive grocery store

Apartment was nice but we immediately noticed a strong smell of urine in the primary bedroom. The linens and bed smelled so strongly that we had to relocate into one of the other bedrooms with our daughter. When asked, the owners acknowledged they have an ongoing odor issue due to a previous tenant. This is unacceptable - we are clean people and expect clean bedding.
