My room had a hole on the wall. Very cold air was entering the room. Someone from maintenance did something to try to fix it but wasnt enough. I was only in for one night and didnt want to bother reception getting me another room. I had to put the heater at full speed and 25 degrees celsius to warm the room. Also, the air conditioner/heater is a split unit, not inserted on the wall. This meant the curtains could not be closed because the ac unit would be covered. This meant light from outside was entering the room. Overall pretty bad experience with this room. Loved that it had shuttle to the airport.

There was a bit of confusion when looking for the hotel shuttle at the airport, we needed Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan and not Hilton Boston Logan...but the staff and shuttle drivers were both all very nice and accommodating getting us to the correct hotel. Once there, I would have to say I particularly liked our waitress in the restaurant. She was great.

For some reason, it appeared that we were given a very large handicapped room. The shower/tub had multiple fixtures and hand rails, but the tub surface was slippery my wife and I discovered.

The room was fine. We returned our rental car the night before check-out because we had an early morning flight. I then called the hotel to request that the hotel shuttle pick us up from the rental car center at the airport, and I was told we'd have to wait 30 minutes, but that the shuttle may or may not be able to pick us up. I was under the impression that the shuttle was available when we would need it. We had to take an Uber back to the hotel, therefore spending more money than we had planned. If the hotel doesn't have regular shuttle service, then they shouldn't advertise that they do.

Odd experience at check in. Our flight arrived a little late and it took about 40 minutes from my first call for hotel shuttle to pick us up. We arrived at hotel after 1 am and were initially told Expedia had cancelled our reservation and that the hotel was full. I had our reservation information. They eventually did give us a room. Staff were polite, and the room was fine I called Expedia from the room and was told they had not cancelled the reservation.

Super hotel - a really positive surprise for an airport hotel! It's a 15-minute walk from a train station that will take you straight into the city, and in a nice residential area while still being close to the airport. The staff was great, the room spacious. We appreciated touches like the coffee machine in the room. The shuttle was wonderful for both peace of mind and from a practical perspective as we had a super early flight. We also had dinner and drinks in the restaurant in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was (having stayed in many airport hotels where the same cannot be said!) The gym was great, the the pool was too small for an actual swim (though nice to relax in!) We will definitely stay again - this was super!

Did not like being lied to about parking on premises told could not do park stay and fly even though we were staying at hotel to fly out early morning book thru Expedia but front desk told me had to book that through them they said I could do room but not park so had to go to pre flight parking pay 250 dollars then pay to take an Uber back to hotel how is that convenient it isn’t so to stay on what I thought was the park stay and fly cost my wife and I an extra fee we did not plan on before our vacation and being Hilton members that is wrong will never use hotel again

Room was comfortable and lots of choices for the tv. Bed was super and Keurig machine worked perfectly, toilet was low and no bar to help old person get up. Shower was great .
