The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spotless. The hotel is easy to find off the highway, but nestled in a very wooded area that absorbs sounds and provided a pleasant view.

Everything was excellent as far as cleanliness and service. I would just recommend replacing carpet in the room I was given. It has a couple cigarette burns as well as is stained. Given that it is a non-smoking hotel, the cigarette burns are a surprise.

Nancy at the front desk was so personable and sweet. I really appreciate how nice she was to us, as we were so tired from traveling in a new area. We are going to be coming to boston more often and i will absolutely be staying here when we do.

House cleaning knocked on my door 3 times before my check out time! I was traveling with a dog and he barked each time. I paid money for the timeframe I was given, and I did not appreciate the sense of being rushed out of there before it was even time to check out!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Modern and super clean. The manager even texted us after we were in our room to make sure we were all set.

Unable to close the curtains in the room. The front desk said there was a chain that controls lifting and pulling down blinds but there was no such chain in our room.

Although there was a small snafu at check in, the entire front desk staff handled it with integrity, kindness, patience and respect. The room and property is immaculate and convenient! I highly recommend this hotel.
