The Space:

Locally hosted by Musi Management, our home features brand new central air conditioning installed November 2025. We don't require any "check out chores" upon departure - simply enjoy your stay!



This generously sized, 2 bedroom condo is on the first floor of an owner-occupied multi family home. (see other listing in my profile).



We are on a quiet street walking distance to Tufts University and several excellent cafes and restaurants (see my guidebook for details),



Living Room:

- Couch to comfortably accommodate 4 guests

- 55" Smart TV with Netflix and additional apps

- In-unit laundry (hallway)



Dining Room:

- Solid wood table with 4 chairs



Bedroom 1:

- Queen mattress

- Room darkening curtains



Bedroom 2:

- Queen mattress

- Room darkening shades



Separate Office:

- Solid wood crib with foam mattress and fitted sheet

- Standing desk with 22" monitor, HDMI cable, mouse pad, and office chair



Kitchen:

- Fully stocked, with 2 seat counter height table

- Dishwasher

- Keurig with provided pods

- Highchair (located in back hall)



Outside Space:

- Shared backyard with table and 8 chairs



Guest Access:

One free, off-street parking spots included with EV charging



Other Things to Note:

Our driveway can comfortably accommodate 1 vehicle. An EV charger (NACS & J1772) is available free of charge for reasonable use. There is one charger shared between two units.



Public transportation:



60 second walk to the bus stop (Boston, Somerville and Cambridge) and only 1 mile to Davis Square Red Line Subway and 0.7 miles to the Medford/Tufts Green Line stop



We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.



Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.
