This is a beautiful home! It is located in a lovely area and close to everything. There was attention to details unlike other properties we have rented. The owners were very responsive with questions we had. We will definitely be returning guests. Close to shopping, a short Uber ride to the city centre and the community is lovely and clean. There were zero complaints from any of us. Most importantly, it was SPOTLESS.

It worked really well to stay in Belmont to see all of the things and people we wanted to see all over Boston. The house was neat and it was helpful to have the 1/2 bath since we are a family of four. The front porch was great for sitting and relaxing when it wasn’t too hot.

Amazing host amazing stay

Super sweet host. She made sure everything was clean and ready to go. Beds were super comfy and the PILLOWS omg!!! Literal heaven! She left a nice treat for us, but unfortunately none of us really drink. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and kind gesture on her behalf. 10/10 recommend and would love to return and stay here again!

We were in town for a family gathering nearby, and Joanne’s home was the perfect resting spot for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Joanne was an incredibly thoughtful, kind, and responsive host.
