1- Main light in the room was not working, suppose to change it for the 2nd day, was not done. 2- Going back to the desk for shower towels, only 2 in the room. 3- No towels at the pool and the training room. 4- We still have something in the trash in our room, the bathroom floor was not swept. 5- Going for breakfast on Saturday, around 8:00AM, no cook so no food! They tell us that somethink will be ready in an hour! So we go somewhere else. So not the best instalation, service an cleaness place. For more than 200$, Best Western was more than desapointing!

Les murs ne sont pas insonorisés. Le voisin de chambre parle, tousse, ou il passe un bon moment en bonne compagnie, on entend tout!!!! Avec mes 3 adolescents…cela était devenu gênant!! Sinon le reste est parfait si vous avez des voisins silencieux!

C'est un hôtel comme ceux qui sont dans un rayon d'1km. Pas vraiment d'âme, il commence à faire un peu vieux et daté. Ca fait l'affaire pour un séjour d'affaires mais à part ça c'est moyen. Le plus c'est d'être accollé à Copper House Tavern qui est un bon endroit pour manger (large choix de bières)

They need to update bedding. Double beds are not adequate. Also need safes in every room otherwise very comfortable stay. Pool and fitness room very nice.

The property itself was nice i did find some hair in my bed that wasnt mine, and some plastic wrap floating around in the pool other than that I would deff stay again the staff was super friendly, and the room itself was huge for the small price we paid!

Interesting how we stayed for a couple nights and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean our room, take out the garbage, or give clean towels… if I had know. There was no housekeeping service to be given I would have stayed at a different hotel…

Great service excellent value for your money only negative complaint is the water pressure in the shower because it was nonexistent but other than that I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The fitness facility did the job and there was a nice pool I certainly took advantage of. I would definitely go back if the price was right

My room was clean, comfortable, and large. I liked the breakfast area and options, as well as the coffee machines. The pool area was also nice. It was sunny and a warm, quiet spot to relax. The location is a little far from downtown Boston, but if you don’t mind a drive it’s a good spot to stay.
