Unfortunately, the hotel experienced an unforeseen water boiler malfunction, which has since been repaired. I am glad to see your family enjoyed our Refuel : Grab and Go ,24 hr. food pantry. I am sorry you were not aware there were 2 Starbucks within walking stance of the hotel as well as the fabulous restaurants and bars located just a 10-minute walk from our front door to the lively Seaport Boulevard. We are also just a 10-minute walk to the World Trade Center stop on the silver line that will bring you into downtown. Unfortunately, parking has increased in the Boston area due to the high demand with Conferences and local attractions. For the inconvenience of our complimentary Expresso machine being temporarily out of order, I have submitted 5000 points to your Marriott Bonvoy account. We appreciate you as a Marriott Bonvoy member.
