I didn’t like that it was a dead roach the size of a dime soon as I walked in the I got locked out my room a 4am and couldn’t get back in until 830am because the front desk closed at midnight- 8:30 so I slept in my car and and wasted money on a room I couldn’t even get into

The room had sheetrock damage all over. No alarm clock, iron, ice or vending machines, and all furniture had some sort of damage. A total of 7 tv stations and those 7 had tons of static. No tv remote and half the property looked deserted. For $70 I could have stayed at a casino hotel in the area. Health department surely got a call from me. Also they have monthly people living there causing all types of noise.

Expedia should remove this property as an option. I did not stay all 3 nights. I left after the 1st day. This property is run down and should be shut down by the city. I did not feel safe so I left after the first night. The one staff member who signed me in was friendly.

Booked a stay through Expedia for this hotel. They used outdated photos on the website. When I checked in to the hotel we were made to give our vehicle information before being allowed to have our keys. Once we got the keys we went to the room. There were several room doors open and unoccupied. Upon entering our room, the AC was not on, it was held up by 2x4s, there were stains on the walls, plaster from unfinished sheetrock on the walls, stains on the bed. We walked back to the desk, turned out keys in and went to find somewhere else to stay. They had several signs posted of no refunds and they stuck to that policy. If this property had been represented in the condition it is actually in, I would have never booked. $127 dollars isn't the biggest amount of money but this policy and they aren't doing anything to make the property better. I wish I would have taken photos but I was so appalled and disgusted by the condition of the property. Only giving 1 star because I have to.

Property was old and unkept. First room we were put in the toilet leaked from the base. The second room, the hot water pressure was non existent. 1980’s television and no phone. Sheets seemed to be clean but had cigarette holes in spots. No bed bugs that I could see. Just an overall unclean feeling in the room. Front desk has a large sign that said NO REFUNDS / NO EXCEPTIONS. Should have been my first sign of things to come. Desk lady was nice but had her hands tied in what she could do to help us out. Signs all over the counter back wall of people who’ve been banned from staying at the hotel. Just an overall weird feeling throughout. Would not recommend.

The posted “No refund policy” is a sham. The photos posted by the motel are all staged and not accurate. There is no water in the pool, the entire facility is filthy, except the lobby. The management does not mention that if you make your reservation, you need to request in advance to turn on the AC unit and when you’re away from your room, they will turn off your AC unit.Expedia and the motel owners should be sued for intent to defraud the consumer, I could not sWhen I check in, at 10:30 pm I had to turn on the AC unit and after 3 hours my room was still 98 degrees, I requested to change rooms and manager showed me 3 other rooms that were even worse than the room I was in. The indoor air quality is so bad with the smell of mold and water damage ceilings and walls. I officially tried to checkout but management would not allow due to the no refund policy & also mentioned they will still be paid by Expedia. I’m Extremely disappointed and I reached out to Expedia about my concerns and I have not heard anything back from customer support and I have not received my expensive registration of 7 nights.

The area was very sketchy. The hotel was run down and there were all sorts of undesirable people standing around outside. I was so afraid that I did not even go in and I got a room at another hotel. I would like a refund please.

Thr hotel on hotels.com looked really nice but when we got there it was run down. There was two people outside walking around the hotel and it was not a safe place. My family and i actually turned in our keys within two minutes of getting them and decided we would cut our loss of $140.00.

This place is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel!! The lobby said it closed at midnight but when we got back from dinner at 11:45p our key was not working. We couldn’t contact anyone at the number that was on the building because it went straight to voicemail and said the box was full. There were junkies walking around and a prostitute was picked up while we were there. We tried to ask the restaurant workers for help but they called the police. The police couldn’t believe we were even considering staying there because they get called nightly for all the drug use and incidents that occur at this motel. The owners were called by the police and when we got in the room, we got our stuff and didn’t even stay the night!! Please don’t stay here!! We were catfished by the one decent picture they put up.

Front desk Lexi was very sweet. That was the only good thing about this hotel. Walking into our room, it smelled like an ashtray. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, the sheet and blanket we had both had burns in it. Walking into the restroom, multiple dead bugs on the floor, a small rope hung from shower. The walls looked to be splattered with feces. It was overall an extremely dirty room. Being in a trap house would have been cleaner than this hotel.

Slum, Drugs, cops everywhere, people getting arrested! Got ice threw out the unit above on me and my car! People fighting all night.. got woken up by someone pulling the fire alarm! Worst place possible! Asked for a refund and was told no!! Paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night for our safety! The pool didn’t have water in it! This property is NOTHING WHAT IT DAYS ON THE SITE! Employee was rude and dismissive! Asked for a non smoking room and they tried putting us in a smoking room with graffiti written on door! This was our 30th year Wedding Anniversary and it got ruined!!!

We are located right inside casino area, Bossier City police patrols the area during day and night. Most of customers feel safe about that. We keep eyes on our property. That is why the police offices were called in to arrest the person who pulled the fire alarm. We can’t authorize any refund because you booked a non-refundable room. I do apologize your Wedding Anniversary got ruined.

The place was filthy and unsafe. The rooms had outside access and the hanging curtains were dirty and stained. The property is in deplorable condition. It looks like an abandoned building. The staff at the desk were pleasant and understanding. Expedia should remove this property from it's listing.

Where to start...the property look like it was so run down and shocked still open...the room windows were dirty and curtains falling off rods...one lamp with so out dated furniture we didn't even unpack our bags..TV from the 80's didnt work bath tub rusted out and walls had holes from being patched up 2 towels 2 wash clothes no bath towel accident waiting to happen...2 tiny pillows on bed and springs popped when you sat on it...we wished we had brought our own sheets or a can of Lysol....only good thing i have to say is A/C was cold....we will never stay here when we come back to town and would never recommend this property its a wonder the city has no shut it down.

Sorry for the inconvenience but some thing you taking about are not true. The TV works with good picture. Bathroom is clean. There are two bath towels in your room, and all linens are clean. You stayed with us for two days. I did not see any notes saying that you have contacted front desk regarding your issues. This place was very unsafe. Felt like it was a scheme. Parts of hotel looks condemned. A guy from lobby appeared and pointed us to our room. Room door wasn't secured. Someone was dumping trash near our room.Guy approached us trying to sell us drugs. When we approached the front desk about our issues. The same guy that pointed us to our room start questioning us like we were crazy. I am very disappointed in Expedia having such a place on the website. I know i am not the only one who experienced this because after getting over the shock of the situation. I realize the owners have been doing this for a long time and nothing hasn't been done. I want to warn others beware. Go to the next town to stay

Not worth a dollar.The pictures on the site are probably 20 plus years old.The main picture of the lobby....lol looks NOTHING like it actually does, dark,dingy and just not kept up.Wish I would had taken pictures. This is a dump by every sense.Its where junkies go to die and homeless stay out the elements for a night.I had seen some of the occupants there that looked and acted as such.The check is staff was friendly.You see a sign that says NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER... you understand once you get to your room and even just the walk to the room.A pool with NO water.Paint aged and peeling off everything.The curtains are look like they are about 40 years old.A dank musty smell in the room.TVs are the OLD tube tvs and looked like no had windexed it in months.I was in a rush for a concert.... found out there was NO HOT WATER,so a cold shower woke me up real quick.I didnt even bother telling them .THE SITES NEEDS TO TAKE THEM OFF THEIR LISTINGS!!!

sorry for the inconvenience but some of the things your talking about are not true. We have over 70 rooms occupied, you are the only one talking about no hot water. You don't get a refund because you booked a non-refundable room. If you have any questions , you are welcome to stop by front desk so we can improve our service. Your room is under camera, our front desk didn't see anything like your talking about. Please don't abuse the review system, you are confusing people!

Our hotel is located right inside of the casino area, where it is higly secured by city police. Police patrol this area every few hours or more at night. What you are talking about, you are exaggerating to much. Your room was close to our lobby, and it is under camera as well. We didnt see anything

This place is completely filthy. Actually ended up finding another place to stay. Door to get in was iffy, comforter looked dirty, chairs had nasty stains, bathroom looked dirty, and the room smelled of cigarettes and weed.

This property was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. it was falling apart and so dirty. I would not take a shower. we paid for 2 nights and only spent one night because it was so bad. the rooms were non refundable. I want my money back. First room they put us in had no heat and no comforters on the beds. Second room the door would not lock and it was dirty. We went to bed then hour later front desk knocks on door. I left something in the room. She woke everyone up. this was the worst experience of my life

Yes ma'am there where comforters on the beds. yes the heat worked it just needed to be plugged up my employee went and checked herself and said she couldn't find where to plug it up at. we are very sorry for your experience here and for you getting woke up thanks Bossier Extended Stay

Was not pleased with this property at all. Got to the room and dang near had to bust the door down to get it to open. It was cold out so hot in and turned the heat as high as it would go. Noticed there was no refrigerator nor microwave. Tv was old and barely picked up channels. After waiting over an hour the heat didn’t heat up the room and front desk was notified. She came to see that indeed the heat wasn’t working and said she would Gm have to get someone out. I asked to be moved to another room or for a refund to go elsewhere and was denied of both. This was my anniversary trip and was ruined and wasted 82 dollars that wasn’t worth it because we just simply left.

Poor customer service
Customer service was very very poor, which is easily fixable. It doesn’t take much effort to be courteous to customers.

I called the Hotels line to. cancel when i saw the hotel was a mess, it was in a totally unsafe area, the front desk clerk appeared to be under the influence of something or other and there looked like drug dealing owing on in the grounds. your customer ernie tried calling the hotel but got no answer and was supposed to call me back they did not. I called customer service and after a long while was transferred back to the original person who once again said i will try to call. the hotel. absolutely disgraceful service from hotels.com, you should be ashamed

We were evacuating for hurricane ida. After catching a blow out my children were excited to be going swimming and ez their mind about the storm. However, This place had human fesi on wall in room. The pool was full of alge and trash we have pictures. I contacted board of health for health inspection and the state representative to have this placed condimed before someone gets sick. I was not keeping my children in that place and no refund was given. Hurricane ida destroyed our home and this hotel and hotels.com have stole our money. We will be going public!

it states on the reservation page that it says no refunds. its posted and we are in the process of getting our pool back up and running. We are draining the pool as we speak. Our pump to our pool isnt working so we are fixing it. We are under new management since 08/01/21 and the people who had this place before we did let it go down so we are working to get back up to par. thank you Bossier extended stay. we are working on all isues

I hate that I can't get a refund on this. We had a plumbing issue and needed a quick single night stay so we went with this since extended stays are usually good for bare bones quick stays. It took about 45 minutes to check in (we were the only people there) but the desk person was nice and very professional. He was great but that was the end of anything good. We reserved a non smoking room, were given a smoking room. There was no lock on the door, just holes where it once was. No fitted sheet on the bed, just a top sheet draped on a bare mattress. The sheet was filthy with cigarette burns. One of the pillow cases was stained on both sides and one was torn. The tub was filthy with dirt and hair. There was cigarette butts on the floor, stains on the walls. We dropped the keys on the bed stand and left to purell in the car and booked another room. I cannot caution against staying here enough. Don't do it!

Torn pillow case and loose top sheet on mattress.
Stained other pillow and cigarette burns.
Hair and dirt in the tub.

I am very sorry for your experience here at bossier extended stay. We as management have been working on getting this place back up and running since we took over 8/1/2021. We as a team will work on these issues. We are very sorry for your inconvenience.
