They use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you would have reached out to us or the guest contact during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to address your concerns to make your stay most comfortable. We'd like to note, we have yet to receive any complaints regarding the cleanliness of the home as we have worked with our cleaning team for many years. We shared your feedback with the team and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in -We understand the owner reached out to confirm you were enjoying your stay, and unfortunately, your group denied our assistance when informed of the issues. While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

Hi Anne, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if our home wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The house does have another towel rack in the main bathroom over the bathtub and another one on the shower room door for guests to use - We will ask the cleaning crew to clean the track of the sliding door; however, the door itself is heavy and requires some muscle to pull and push We appreciate your review as we continue to provide excellent stays for all our guests!

Kim, we're sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoy your stay at this property. The homeowner takes these concerns seriously, as they're committed to providing each guest with a five-star experience. The carpet is set to be cleaned as soon as there is availability in the schedule. The owner will also be addressing the cleanliness of the deck furniture with the cleaning crew, to ensure this does not occur for future guests. While the HOA is in charge of tending the yard work, the owner will also see that these gardening concerns are taken care of. There is a tea kettle in the cabinets, along with pots and pans, that can boil water. We can confirm that the pool area is now open, although we apologize for the inconvenience during your stay, as there was a miscommunication in informing you of the closure before your arrival. There is an alternate pool available to guests, but we're sorry if you weren't aware, or didn't take advantage of this. We wish you would have reached out to the owner regarding these issues during your stay, as they're more than happy to help.
