« Broken windows- it was up the whole time, the room faces the main road with heavy traffic, therefore sleep was impossible. Communication was poor, inadequate instructions to get into the bldg. I was only given the code to the room, not the bldg. Manager emailed me a photo copy of the emailed instructions after I asked her. « Very peaceful and pleasant, with lovely countryside views, and surprisingly close to Gatwick Airport. Supermarket is less than 10 mins away. Our host was quick to respond to any issues we had. The property has a large tv, good wifi, a fan and a much needed aircon unit.The kitchen feels a bit dated, but does have a new hob and oven and a dining space. « OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved.
