Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

« The cottage was super clean and very comfortable! Loved having a king sized bed and new appliances and furniture. The owner and his father who lives next door was very kind and responsive. They even allowed us to check in early and we arrived to a welcome bottle of local rum in celebration of our 20th anniversary. What a lovely touch! « We spent a wonderful week at Casie's property perched high on a mountain side with a stunning view of the bay, beautiful sunrises, and bright moonlit nights! The place was clean and comfortable, and the checkin/checkout process was a breeze. Casie lives nearby so comms with her were easy and she always responded in a timely manner. We would absolutely consider returning to Casie's place on a future trip to St. John's. »

« What a beautiful place. It was fun getting to Matt's place with the winding roads. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the deck. We saw so many birds in the morning with our coffee .Matt gave us some fruit that we really enjoy and we all liked talking to him . The beds were very comfortable. The TV was great in the evening . « Located on the QUIET side of the island. Lovely. Don’t necessarily stay here if you love Cruz Bay but we hate Cruz Bay so this was perfect for us. This is not a negative but the bed is slightly difficult to maneuver if you are old or have knee/back problems, etc. And ceiling so low over bed, there can’t be a ceiling fan. There is air conditioning but we never had to use it. The kitchen is reasonably sparse but adequate for basic cooking. Total peace and quiet and a fabulous view. »

« Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay. »
