What an amazing experience my family had! The facility is superb and the staff is the most hospitable we’ve ever had!!! The view from our room is breathtaking! The restaurant had excellent food even though there’s only three in the facility. Breakfast buffet is to die for! Highly recommended.

Poor management. Breakfast buffet was good but it looks very unorganized. Our plates were piling up and our water wasn’t refilled. Our lock in our room ran out of battery and we needed 6 people to change it. Riza at the front desk lobby customer service was terrible can’t even look at you in the eye and made us wait 7 minutes trying to talk to someone on the phone to settle our bill. The bellman and house keeper were great and had better attitude.

The beach and our room were top notch. Staff was so friendly and went above and beyond. The resort itself isn’t and the common areas didn’t have the wow factor we expected for the price but overall we had a great stay and would return because of the beach and rooms!

Very attractive property in the quieter side of the island. Semi private beach shared with 2 other high end hotels. We noticed a foul odor in our room on arrival and we were given an upgrade to a higher floor. My sense is the ground floor rooms suffer from this problem. Think it is an issue in a lot of the properties. To be fair once we moved there were no problems. Breakfast buffet is exceptional and staff are very willing but a little light on experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent customer service. Resort has its own private white sand beach so you can skip going to station 1. They also have a free shuttle every 2 hours which would bring you to D-Mall at station 2. Overall, a great experience staying in this hotel. We will definitely be back.

Not a 5 star hotel stay
Our expetations were high do to the 5 star rating hotel and all the positive reviews. Unfortunately the hotel didnt live up to the high rating or the reviews. The other hotels we have been visiting with less stars, were better and the staff were a lot more professional and nice. We paid for the new years eve as we arrived at the hotel and checked in without further information about the arrangement. As we arrived to the new years eve arrangement we were told, that it was not sure that we were able to get a table, as you need to make a reservation beforehanded, which we were never informed about at arrivial. We paid 15.000 peso for 2 person participating. This was completely overpriced as the only thing we got for it was a buffet with very low quality of food. No drinks - if we wanted something to drink we had to pay extra for that. The 31/12 we ordered some food for lunch on the beach. The food arrived and while we were eating, the waitrice came back with more food and told us the first food they delivered wasnt ours. Now they realised they by accident did more food than we ordered and were cheeky enough to ask if they could just charge it on the Room as well. All in all not worth the amount of money, that you pay for it. I dont get how Crimson were able to get a 5 star rating with such a low level of service. The only thing worth 5 star is the location and sorroundings. The service I will give 1 star. Unfortunately i cant recommend visiting this hotel.

The Crimson provided our family a quiet and safe vacation at Station Zero. Ray at the Saffron Cafe went above and beyond every day through his genuine care for my family and for this he significantly elevated our experience. Please express our gratitude and thanks again to him. The resort offers free rides to Station 2 and is only 20 minutes from station 2 via e-trike. All and all, this resort is great for travellers who want privacy, but also a luxurious Boracay experience.

Absolutely amazing stay!
Thank you so much for everything! Top 3 hotels we ever stayed at! Where to begin? Transfer service was perfect, really appreciated the boathouse prior the boat ride. The rooms where modern and clean, all amenities where provided. Ordered room service a few times and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The pool area and 'private' beach is absolutely amazing. Service with towels, water, drinks, food etc was perfect. Beautiful beach which was very clean, really appreciate that! Kid's area was perfect if you have kids like us and need to get away during mid day to get a pause from the sun. Big thanks to the girls working there. Food and service at the restaurants really exceeded our expectations. Especially the breakfast and dinner buffets, for European's like us it was exciting to the chance to taste so many Asian specialties.

I spent 9 nights at Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay. In a nutshell, I had the time of my life. Overall facilities are in good state - it might have helped the fact that the hotel was inaugurated right before the 6-month island-wide renovation work, as well as the pandemic. The contemporary glam decor is exquisite, combined with large and elegant common areas. The walls and corridors are elegantly decorated with interesting pieces of artwork. There’s even an art gallery and art room. The 3 infinity pools are large and nicely warm, providing a soothing alternative to the intimate private beach with crystal clear waters secluded by two natural cliffs at either side of the property. The quality of the food is also quite nice, with two restaurants (Azure and The Mosaic), catering for different types of audiences. The Azure has a more relaxed lounge-bar vibe, whereas The Mosaic delivers a refined sit down a la carte and dining experience, with a good choice between Latino and Asian cuisine. Last but not least, what really makes the difference at Crimson, is the warmth of the staff, who make you feel like at home. Throughout my whole stay I felt safe and at ease, surrounded by smiley faces and warm-hearted crew. A special mention goes to Mariel, who has arranged for my fantastic activities for me, and Francine who has provided top notice customer service, looking after me every step of the way. All in all, I can’t praise enough Crimson Resort.

朋友在旅程中不小心受傷了,飯店裡面竟然有護士,完全貼心,直接積分加滿! 這飯店 完全找不到缺點,很推薦! 早餐也很好吃 真的很想一直住在這裡!

완벽한 휴식
직원들은 매우 친절하고 문의를 하면 즉각적으로 대응하고 안내를 잘 해주었습니다 리조트의 위치와 시설은 휴양을 목적으로 하는 여행객에게 최적의 장소였습니다 넓고 아룸다운 메인풀과 너무나 아름다운 코랄빛의 바다는 마음의 평화를 가져다 주었습니다 3개 식당의 음식은 각각 특색이 있고 맛이 훌륭했습니다 공항에서 리조트까지 가는길이 험난하긴 하지만 조만간 다시 방문하고 싶습니다

The service was top notch. Facilities was excellent. Shuttle service and room service were excellent and efficient. Staff were very courteous and respectful. Food was ok. After dining at Mosaic, 2 guests in our party of 5 had diarrhea the morning after. One guest had severe vomiting and watery diarrhea requiring medical attention for severe dehydration. The other guest had loose stools until checkout. The daily breakfast buffet at the Saffron was good. Excellent choices. We look forward to come back and will avoid dining at the Mosaic.

If you are looking for best place for vacation and rest, "Go to Crimson" this is the only word I can say. Best service and place. I appreciate to the staffs that makes my vacation perfect. I will never forget this good memory in Crimson.

빌라 후기
4박5일 일정으로 빌라에서 숙박을 하였고 15:00 ~ 17:00 빌라칵테일을 제공하는데 음식들이 훌륭하였다. 다만 조식때 망고가 하루만 제공되어 무척 아쉬웠다. 수영장과 프라이빗비치는 좋은편이였다. 샹그릴라와 크림슨빌라를 고민한다면 무조건 크림슨 빌라를 선택할것이다.

The Crimson has made our family vacation an unforgettable and memorable experience. The property stands around and overlooks one of the most beautiful private beaches in the area. The rooms and pools are clean, modern, and spacious. At arrival, the complimentary beach hat, bag, and wine were a nice touch. The property was also walkable which made our daily movement much easier as we had three children with us. The breakfast buffet had great selections of healthy and traditional dish options. We also booked and enjoyed various activities arranged by the activitiy coordinator which went seamlessly. The massage at the resort spa was one of the best my partner and I ever had. I highly recommend trying the Hilot massage there. With that said, the part that was outstanding was the warmth and the attentiveness of the kind staff! They truly exemplified professionalism and quality service. Special shout out to Ram for a great start to our family's stay at Crimson and Jona for her kindness to our children during breakfast. If you are looking for quality stay and service in Boracay, I highly recommend the Crimson Resort and Spa!

Villa we stayed needs a lot of repair
There was no warm water and we were told to wait because it was fixed but there was no warm water till midnight so we could not take a shower. The hair dryer was not working. On our 3rd night, at 11:30 while we were sleeping, the fan turn on and woke us up. Very frustrating!
