Wir freuen uns über jedes Feedback – nur so erfahren wir, was unsere Gäste sich wünschen und können darauf reagieren. Wir bedauern, dass Sie anscheinend auf Expedia überlesen haben, dass es sich um ein Appartement in der Residence Bellevue handelt (150m von unserem Hotel entfernt). Die Entfernung wird deutlich kommuniziert. Nichts desto trotz hat sich unserer Mitarbeiter direkt darum bemüht, Ihnen ein adequates Zimmer in unserem Haupthaus anzubieten. Allerdings gab es nur ein großes Grand Deluxe Doppelzimmer zur Stadtseite, welches für die 3 gebuchten Nächte verfügbar war. Dieser Mitarbeiter war es auch, der Ihre sechs Koffer auf das Zimmer gebracht hat. Einen Parkplatz hatten Sie nicht im Voraus gebucht, obwohl wir unseren Gästen empfehlen, einen Stellplatz im Vorfeld zu buchen, da die Plätze begrenzt sind.
