Moyen ....
Chambre de bonne taille et confortable. Hôtel au calme et proche des commerces et restaurant. Enregistrement rapide et personnel agréable. A 30min de sugar montain et 15 de Appalachian resort. Grande salle de bain et de l eau chaude avec un débit tout à fait normal, ce qui n est pas toujours le cas dans les hôtels. Le ménage est à améliorer... nous avons retrouver des Objets des anciens clients au sol et moquette pas très clean. En raison du covid, NO service. Pas de ménage des chambres, poubelles non vidées....quand on a un bébé, les poubelles se remplissent vite.... le petit déjeuner se réduit à une poche individuelle. Non mentionné sur le site contrairement à d autres hôtels ! Dernier point : pas de chance pour nous, nous sommes vins eu des voisins de chambre bruyant et fetards....

This is a perfectly fine hotel. It’s not great, but it’s not bad. It’s older and feels that way. But it’s clean and quiet and close to everything in Boone. The employee at the front desk seemed to hate her job and I actively avoided her, not that she made any effort to seem approachable or remotely welcoming. The breakfast is not good but, again, not bad. I chose to eat offsite because there were no options for my dietary needs. Overall, it’s fine. I would stay again but probably not for a long period of time. For a night, on a weekday, it was fine.

Overall, it was a decent property. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The room overall could have been cleaner. Found food on the carpet from previous occupant. The room was quiet though. Had been concerned with proximity to the ice machine but didn't hear it more than once. Wall insulation is pretty good, didn't hear neighbors much. Location is accessible by car but not walkable once there. Still had to drive for eating locations, not a lot of great restaurants nearby. Would stay again if passing through for a night but would likely look for better location if staying in Boone longer. Outside landscaping was pretty.

I really had a great expierence with Sleep Inn, their manager Linda was very amazing and she was very patient with me and my family. When we arrived originally they took us out of the system, however they allowed us to sleep in the room we chose and pay the next day after services were fixed, this is an absolute amazing community! This will be our vacation place moving forward when we arrive to NC.

The room had no towels when we got there. Housekeeping came up and supplied them. The room had an order that smelt like dogs had been there. The tub in the bath room made a crackling noise when you moved around while taking a shower. I finally left early on the last night of our stay. Couldn’t take another night of the smell. There were also a lot of noise of someone (child) running around. Hope others didn’t experience this. H.Griffin

Parking spaces were too close together. We had no space to get into the car. The ability to enter and exit the parking lot was not easy. Everything else was fantastic.

This hotel was very clean, the air conditioner and refrigerator worked, the front desk staff we're exceedingly friendly and were able to offer restaurant suggestions. I would definitely stay here again. Having said that, this hotel hits two of my biggest pet peeves. The shower head was a great height for someone who is tall, but the toilet seat is too low to the ground. If you're tall or have knee issues, get ready. Also, I wish this hotel would invest in some really good luggage carts. They utilize those cheap wedge ones, the ones where you can fit one carry-on piece of luggage and then it's a balancing act from then on. I hate those things with a passion and it made it difficult to get in and out with all my stuff. Again, those are just pet peeves and I would definitely stay here again. I would really love to stay here again if the hotel got better luggage carts! It was nice also to have coffee and hot water available 24/7, but at times the containers were lukewarm. I really did enjoy my stay!

Perfect place when visiting my Mountaineer!
Staff was very welcoming and helpful while we were there for my daughter's orientation at App State. Great location too!

No fan in the room or bathroom. No fan to turn on for air circulation just the air conditioner that didn’t stay on. Thin walls. Too much noise. We paid for 2 nights but left after one. I’m surprised you would send so many notices to rate it since I paid for 2 days and left after one.
