Welcome to absolutely stunning, unique contemporary 3350 sf waterfront on canal villa w/ access to Golf; 4 bedrooms & 4 full baths; fabulous terrace, heated pool & spa, beautiful/ newly built outdoor kitchen and wet bar, newly renovated master bathroom, private access to the deck right on canal for meditation or yoga; possibility to access Golf; beautifully lightened palm trees.
This one-of-a-kind residence was customized by one of the most prominent local architects & builder. The property reflects impeccable design and bespoke quality. An open flexible floor plan begins with open entry inviting to gorgeous open living area with a fireplace and surrounded by many windows illuminating whole house, leading to dining for 8-10 people. Gorgeous and spacious custom-made kitchen & bar appliances are top of the line with quality utensils, place settings, two coffee machines and two Fisher & Paykel dishwashers, and cookware necessary to provide for a larger family gathering. Welcome wine provided for our guests.
Relax or dine outside on the tiled screened lanai including a covered brick paver patio with heated swimming pool equipped with new Pentair system and LED lighting, Jacuzzi, loungers and towels, outdoor kitchen with wet bar and two grills, dining for 8-12. Access to the private deck on canal You may enjoy fishing or meditating, or doing yoga (mat and pillow are provided in master closet). Bonita Beach has amazing sunsets you will enjoy while sipping a wine at the beach bar!

For outside activities: 3 bikes, body boards, basketball hoop, golf simulator, fishing, yoga, corn hole.
For kiddo who wants to sleep next to Mom & Dad - Inflatable bed and folding play-sleep crib is available.

It is just 10 min walk to the center of Bonita Springs where you can visit Art Shows, Downtown Caffe with famous organic sandwiches and handcrafted tea & coffees, restaurants, most loved Ice cream shop by the kids and Shangri La Spa Resort for organic treatments. Just 8min (drive) or 25 min (bike) to wonderful Bonita Beach or BAREFOOT BEACH, or 20 min drive to Lovers Key beach. Enjoy food/drinks at Doc's Beach House or sail high above Bonita Beach with a thrilling para-sail ride (Available thru Doc's rental program). Naples "MERCATO" shopping and restaurants center is 12 min to drive. Including great shopping like Tommy Bahamas and live music and dancing at "Blue Martinis" and “Rocco Tacos” for wonderful Mexican food & margaritas. Less than 14 min to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, LA fitness, MERCATO (above) a place of restaurants, coffee shops, Silver Spot & Paragon Theater, etc.
Coconut Point Mall is 14 min away by the car.
Naples/ 5-th/ 3-rd avenues - 25 min by car.

Family Reunion

Sophisticated property! We were blown away with attention to details and beauty of the house. Sleek, modern design, high end linens, dishes and toiletry products. Kitchen was fully loaded with necessities if needed to cook. Well maintained, clean and welcoming. Loved the pool area which was surrounded by beautiful flowers and fruit trees. Loved hearing birds chirping in the morning. Owner was very responsive and accommodative-received tips on best nearby restaurants and beaches. Also, we were given sightseeing tips which helped us plan our time in FL. We will definitely book this place again.

This property is on a quiet street walking distance to downtown Bonita/Old 41. There is a large living area and a screened patio/pool area and outdoor kitchen that is great for a group. The property is clean and spacious and we would definitely stay there again!

Rental Period 7/18 to 7/25/21

First I would like to start by saying that being presented with a welcome fruit basket upon arrival was very nice! I would also like to mention that the communication with the owner and Tomas who manages the rental was outstanding! Overall, the home was very nice but there were issues during our stay that impacted our experience that others should be aware of before booking here. One of our primary reasons for choosing this home was the pool with outdoor living. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were unable to use the pool as it was green and the chemistry was way off. Tomas immediately addressed the problem but unfortunately, we could not use the pool until Tuesday. This should have been checked prior to our arrival. The next issue was MOSQUITOS. There were just as many mosquitos inside the Lanai as outside. We found ourselves rushing in and out of the home to minimize mosquitoes from coming in but still received many bites inside the home. This severely affected our ability to use the outdoor living as we had hoped. We did swim but needed to go to the Beach more than we planned due to this issue and needed to apply OFF repellant before heading outside. Not what we were expecting. One evening when family was in the outdoor area, unfortunately they saw a Rat inside the lanai by the pool which left some feces behind. We discovered the hole in the lanai where the intruder gained entry. The last issue we had was the home is advertised as a 4 bedroom that sleeps 10 but the one bedroom that sleeps 4 was uncomfortably hot and unable to get it cool enough to sleep in. It has a fan but that did not help. The home was very comfortable in the living areas and the Master side of the house but the three-bedroom side was warmer with the bedroom with the bunk beds the warmest. The thermostats were locked at 72 degrees. 72 was achievable at the location of the thermostat but not in some of the bedrooms. As mentioned previously, it is a very nice home and this is not meant to be negative but informative. I had no conflict with the owner or Tomas, I am just explaining our experience to provide others the opportunity to make an informed decision.

COVID Getaway

Property was beautiful and as advertised in pictures. Location was a little unusual as the house seemed a bit out of place. But it was a great, secluded home with an awesome private pool and outdoor living area. All electronics worked perfectly and the owner and property manager had fantastic communication. Overall a five star stay and much needed after the year we had.
