« Our host was the absolute best! Host was very responsive reached out to other resources to help us spot and locate the manatees, the house was loaded with generous amenities. The backyard had beautiful mature vegetation our children and I absolutely loved the hot tub great location close to about anything you would like to do. The back patio was amazing screened in covered beautiful view. And I don't want to end my review without saying we all commented on the epic bedding!!! Thank you so much...

« Perfect house for our family! Hosts communication is fantastic too. They called within a few minutes of me reaching out trying to figure something out. Location is amazing and peaceful. Close enough to restaurants and different beaches, but also tucked away to make it so peaceful. The pool is a dream and the canal behind it is beautiful. We had a 2 year old that could play next to me on the sun shelf while I soaked in some sun. If you like to tan, the pool gets sun the ENTIRE day. I always look...

« Initially communication was excellent however once we arrived to the house communication was poor. A phone call and two text messages were sent to Mike regarding TVs and he failed to respond. Checkout was at 10am however the cleaning people arrived at 9:30. We thought it was unreasonable to be asked to strip linens from beds and start a wash with linens and towels, take all garbage from house and put in the trash. « My family and I were very happy with our stay at this property. Marty was a pleasure to rent from and the communication was excellent. The home is perfect, clean and very close to the numerous beaches of Bonita Springs. Our vacation was 10/10 thanks to the thoughtfulness of what was provided in the home. « Beautiful property on the river. The host provides two kayaks and a paddleboard which we used and saw 4 manatees. Host was very quick to respond to minor issues/questions we had. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Would definitely rent from Amanda again. »

« The heated pool was amazing, bigger than others we’ve visited and they provided all kinds of toys and floats. The house was super family friendly with all kinds of games, bikes, scooters, beach toys, life jackets and activities for all ages. The hostess was very kind and quick to answer our questions.
