The first two of the four guest bedrooms are both bunk rooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom between them. Each bedroom features a twin-over-full-size bunk bed and a small desk area. The full bathroom can be accessed from either room and includes two separate marble vanities and a step-in shower.
On the other side of the home, there is the primary bedroom suite, complete with a luxurious king-size bed, large HDTV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The fourth bedroom is a secondary bedroom suite, also with a sumptuous king-size bed, HDTV, and an attached full-bathroom— perfect for larger groups or families traveling together.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

The backyard of this exquisite home has been designed to feel like your own private resort, complete with a shaded, alfresco dining area, lounge chairs, and a bright blue swimming pool. The pool can be heated (for an additional fee) and comes with a child/ safety gate.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-This home also includes a convenient powder room that can be accessed from the outside pool area and a spacious laundry room with a high-efficiency washer/ dryer and sink.
-Guests of this home have access to beach accessories and chairs (located in the garage)
-Pool dimensions: 30 ft. x 17 ft. (Rectangular shape)
Shallower area is 3 ft. and deepest area is 6 ft.

HOUSE RULES:

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.*

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first 3 days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee, per pet, for stays of less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our pet policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Please make your request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own
- Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.
