This gorgeous direct lakefront private residence is a completely remodeled multi-level home featuring a gourmet kitchen with Subzero/Viking appliances, all new cabinetry and granite countertops. The half bar kitchen stool seating opens into the large dining area with seating for10+ as well as the expansive 2X HEIGHT GREAT ROOM with exposed wood beams, stone surrounded gas fireplace and couch/lounging area all framed by the WALL OF WINDOWS displaying gorgeous UNOBSTRUCTED 'DOWN THE LAKE' VIEWS OF LAKE BOMOSEEN!

Enjoy morning coffee and afternoon naps in the charming entertainers loft. Eat and entertain on the OVERSIZED LAKESIDE DECK that features a large round table, multiple lounge chairs and outdoor shower.

The beautiful and cozy lower level contains a large family room with oversized furniture, 65” UHD TV with surround sound and is completed by a beautiful full bathroom with heated floors! Access to the properties LAUNDRY ROOM and 2nd refrigerator is located off of the lower level entertainment room.

WATER: The water in front of the house is SAND BOTTOM! Easy grade allows you to walk out for 100+ yards! No weeds, no rocks!


LOT AND PARKING: Large level lot on an established and very well maintained private road. The VERY LARGE flat driveway features a basketball hoop and room for 4+ vehicles. Very wide and plenty long enough to fit boat trailers also. EV Charger (Level 2 Tesla) located on the exterior of the house next to the driveway! Lakeside there is a large gentle sloping lawn that leads to the lake.


DOCK: Park your boat right in front of the house at our private dock. Water is plenty deep enough to dock your boat.


STREET: Only accessed by the 15-20 homes that are on that shore of the lake. Wonderful private area for quiet walks and strolls through the forested area across the street. Many forest hiking paths are accessible directly off of our street.


BEDROOM #1: The large bedroom #1 suite with HW floors and exposed beamed ceiling has 1 KING bed, full bathroom and direct views onto the lake.


BEDROOM #2: The oversized bedroom #2 features TWO queen beds and a private half bath. Similar size to a basic hotel room, there is plenty of additional floor space for an air bed or use of an included (2 total avail) single stow away cot, if needed. Also access to the shared full bathroom with glass shower enclosure.


BEDROOM #3: The very spacious bedroom #3 has 1 QUEEN bed and 1 SINGLE bed. There is also plenty of additional floor space for an air bed or use of an included (2 total) single stow away cot, if needed.


EXTRAS BEDS: There are TWO roll away twin beds that can easily fit into any of the 3 bedrooms.


AIR CONDITIONING:: Each bedroom has a built in split system AC! The common main living room also has a large built in split system AC! Lower level is below ground and stays cool all summer and also has two automatic dehumidifiers!


HEATING: Two furnaces provide plenty of heat to all levels of this house on demand!


EASY ACCESS: Best location on the lake! House is centrally located just 5 minutes off of US route 4 and VT route 30 as well as under 5 minutes on local streets to get to all local shopping centers and restaurants.


SUMMERTIME VISITORS! The shoreline has SAND BOTTOM water that stretches across the entire shoreline and allows you to walk out into the lake for 100+ yards! NO WEEDS! NO ROCKS! Just very kid and adult friendly swimming! Bring your boat (*) or rent one from Woodards Marina on the lake. There is also a kayak and paddleboard available for your use. Lake Bomoseen has many local and lakeside dining options! BIKE AND HIKE around the neighborhood and on the well worn forest trails that surround the house.


WINTERTIME VISITORS! Amazing winter views across the lake! 35 minutes to PICO and 40 minutes to KILLINGTON! The local SNOWMOBILE TRAILS are accessible at the end of our street! The trails and the frozen lake are also perfect for snowshoeing, hiking or cross country skiing. Ice skate and/or ICE FISH right out front of the house on the lake!


SPRING AND FALL VISITORS: Dock gets installed in mid May each year and comes out mid October. No matter if you want to get a head start on the nice springtime weather or want to enjoy the beautiful FALL FOLIAGE VIEWS across the lake and all through Vermont, this house will not disappoint! MOUNTAIN BIKING and general hiking trails are accessible at the end of our street.


RENTALS: This property typically has a 1 week minimum stay for the summertime months and 3 night minimum stay for the remaining 3 seasons. Discounts available for longer stays (non-summer months only). The calendar and rates are updated in real time and reflect current availability!

Our granddaughter was getting married at Lake Bomoseen, only a short 3 or 4 minute ride from this beautiful house. We had our 4 grandchildren and their parents with us, this house let us spread out and have fun. We did not have good weather but that didn't stop my 8 year old granddaughter from jumping in the lake. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside more, but with a rainy weekend, we were so happy we had the expanse of this home. We played charades, games, made puzzles. This home has everything you could ever need, kitchen completely outfitted down to spices, bedrooms were quite large and beds very comfortable. With so many kids, we truly appreciated all the bathrooms. Check in/check out was a breeze. My grandkids are already asking if we can come back next year!

This waterfront, sandy bottom, lakefront home is truly amazing!! The home itself is equipped with everything you could want or need. It is so comfortable. You never feel on top of each other. The open concept is perfect. The lake views are beautiful. We were in the water everyday. Kayaking, paddleboarding, and just floating around. Craig is an amazing host. So quick to answer any questions. This is our favorite vacation home and we can't wait for next summer!

Absolutely beautiful, well-kept home with pretty much everything you could possibly need. Great spot right on the lake. We came for skiing and ice fishing!! I can imagine it's so much fun in the summer! The owners were so promt and so easy to work with!! We came with another family and there is plenty of room for everyone. Will 100% be back for winter fun and summer!!! No disappointment here!!

We traveled to Vermont to attend a family wedding in Killington. The location on Lake Bomoseen was perfect not only for the wedding but my brother lives 5 minutes away and it was a bonus to have him pick us up on the dock a coupe times for a beautiful scenic lake tour. The house itself was one of the cleanest and most organized homes we have rented and we have rented quite a few. I wasn't sure how I felt about making my own bed after a long day of travel then family visits, but knowing the sheets were freshly laundered made the trouble worth while! If I was to make a suggestion I would recommend a tv in the master and the upstairs living area. While the downstairs is a wonderful movie room we never wanted to leave the huge windows looking over the lake even in the evening! The ONLY negative to the trip was the smell of the water. While running water for any daily chores the sulphur smell is difficult to handle. We loved your home and hope to be back to visit again soon!

Beautifully furnished home with multiple features that made our family week (five adults) relaxing and memorable: large windows with great views of the lake morning/daytime and evening, quiet level road for walks-good for older folks, easy access to the lake with provided kayaks, well stocked kitchen and spacious living room, bedroom/bath locations providing privacy. Enjoyed watching the blue herons and eagles, reading, games and toasting marshmallows on the fire.

This is a very wonderful home with picture-perfect views! The house has plenty of space to spread out in with two large living areas, plus a well equipped kitchen, large dining table, desk, spacious bedrooms, and a deck with ample seating. I loved that the kitchen drawers and cabinets were labeled. The house was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The lake is wonderful to swim and boat in. We really appreciated having the use of two paddle boards and two kayaks. Compliments to the owners for a well thought out and comfortable home. The owner was responsive and friendly to work with. It was a real treat staying here and I highly recommend the property and Lake Bomoseen! Thanks Craig!

This home rental is truly a piece of paradise. The house was lacking nothing. Beautiful comfortable spacious bedrooms. The open concept with the living and kitchen area was fabulous. The windows and amazing views of the lake! I really can't say one unkind word about this home. The individual ac settings were perfect. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We had great weather and enjoyed being out on the water everyday. The sandy bottom and non seaweed swimming area is priceless. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board provided. We also rented a boat and our dock was perfect. Lastly, having the laundry facilities and extra refrigerator was fabulous and so helpful. We had a busy 1st week with friends in and out. The 2nd week was much quieter. I think we conquered three puzzles. We have truly found our happy place, and can't wait to come back. RJ and Chrissy Styles

If you are looking for privacy, serenity, and a gorgeous lake-front home surrounded by stunning scenery, --- this property checks off all the boxes! This spacious home has everything you'll ever need or desire: Just bring your clothes and jump right into lake-living at its finest. I booked this VRBO for two family members visiting from Miami, Florida; both are world-travelers and possessed of discerning attitudes, having "seen it all". They absolutely loved this amenity-filled modern home, expansive back deck, dock, and gently wooded setting. Open-concept layout on the main level allows for enjoyable family gatherings with a commanding northerly view of Lake Bomoseen. The chef's kitchen will exceed your expectations, as the hosts have not missed any details. Gaze at the sparkling lake while relaxing in an enormous and plush sofa-system; there is an abundance of natural light flooding into the main level given its many windows and glass paneled doors leading out to the back deck and lake. Bedrooms are tastefully and elegantly appointed with top-notch mattresses and comfortable bedding. Bathrooms are luxurious and easily accessed from all bedrooms. If you need a little quiet time, just head downstairs to an enviable family room: The enormous smart TV is perfect for those of us who don't want to miss a minute of our favorite team's sporting events! The hosts were incredibly attentive throughout my family's stay; checking in-and-out was effortless. We will book this one again!

This was a really great stay for myself + friends! It was a skiing and snowboarding trip for us, so the place provided everything we needed: from a full kitchen to a cozy fireplace that was easy to light up after a cold day on the slopes. The view of the lake was beautiful and we got to see some ice fishing as well :) I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The property was extremely clean and had a lot of amenities and extras (everything you can need for cooking, crock pot, etc). Two main things: 1) linens for bed not provided (sheets). Had to find in closet and put on bed yourself. 2) if you leave fireplace on ,the thermostat will stop heating rooms. So just be careful to regulate use of fireplace. Otherwise place is great. View is great. Lake is great. 40 minutes from Killington

We went for a long weekend ice fishing with 3 couples and 7 kids under 4 and had a great time! Craig always responded to any questions we had very quickly. The house was super clean and everything was labeled which made everything very easy. The house was in a perfect location right on the water. I highly recommend staying here
