An outstanding 3 bed bungalow in a great location, just 5 minutes from Bolton centre. The property has off road parking, a spacious and tree lined private rear garden and patio. We can configure the beds to suit your stay. We have 2 super-king beds that can be separated into 4 large single beds, there is a fixed double bed and there is a sofa bed in the lounge. We can sleep up to 6 in separate beds. There is a corner shop less than a 5 minute walk, Bolton train station is 1 mile away. We are very close to the main shopping centre including shops like Next, Costa, Subway, McDonalds, Home Bargains, Sainsbury, Argos, Morrisons, TK Maxx, Aldi. The property is located close to the A666 dual carriageway giving easy access to Manchester city centre and Manchester Airport in as little as 25 minutes. Within 5 minutes you can drive to Bolton Town centre, Trampoline and little ninja park, The Police Station or Bolton Bus station. Within 10 minutes you can get to Bolton Royal Hospital, The University of Bolton, Supermarkets and Jumbles Country Park. And there is a bus stop within a 5 minute walk.
