« Peeling paint on the front door, broken walls next to the entry door, with a plank nailed to block access, rundown feeling, dead bugs when you open the sofa bed. Sofa bed is pretty worn out, and you can feel the springs. AC is positioned to blow right on the main queen bed. Microwave does not work. »
