« residential neighborhood, adjacent to an elementary school. close to downtown FT Myers and about 1/2 hour to beaches and Jet Blue ballpark. No direct access to the pool from the lanai. complex is average. walls are thin, had some noisy neighbors with music and a barking dog most days. Owner was responsive. »

« The place was very clean! comfortable. Loved the little screened in patio-we sat out there almost the whole time when were there.... so close to the Country Club-we don't golf but if we did that would've been amazing! Pool area is very nice and the all the neighbors were super friendly! 10/10 -will definitely stay there again. :) »

« We stayed here for 3 nights and found it very comfortable. We were greeted with a huge box sitting outside the front door when we first arrived. When we took it inside there were more packages in the second bedroom. It’s a good job we weren’t using that room!!! There are some good features about the home like a comfortable bed, great shower, nice big tv , laundry etc however there are some negatives too. I went to plug my phone in to a socket in the kitchen it didn’t work, the ice machine doesnt...
