The lower level has two additional bedrooms, a second mini-kitchen and the second luxury full bathroom.

Since we know that everyone's idea of a comfortable bed is different, we have intentionally provided beds of varying softness or firmness throughout the home so you and your party can each find the perfect bed for the perfect's night sleep.

The home was designed for function all as one or can essentially be two separate homes. The downstairs, with its own thermostat zone and mini-kitchen, can be securely locked off from the upstairs or left open as one large home. This configuration enables 2 distinct families or groups to maximize privacy and yet remain in one location.
