Next to miles of hiking, running, mountain biking trails. Less than a mile to Boise shopping, dining & entertainment. King Suite, Peekaboo City Views, full bath, Living area w/ sofa & pull out sleeper, WD, Kitchenette. Enjoy sunshine or the sunset sitting on the rooftop deck or take a soak in the hot tub. FREE street parking & dog friendly.

The Space:
Private guest house loft, nestled at the base of the Boise foothills and downtown with tons of natural light. Walk, bike or take an UBER to Downtown Boise. Miles of hiking, running or Mtn Biking trails directly out your door. Relax in this modern, new construction 1 bed/1 bath loft apartment above the garage. Tons of natural light and high ceilings make the space feel larger.

Kitchenette allows for ease when cooking from home. Featuring a small refrigerator, electric skillet, Airfryer/Toaster oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee pot. **NOTE: There is not a stove or oven. Utensils, glassware and dishes are included to make preparing a small meal or enjoying leftovers simple and convenient. Complete with a dining table that folds out with additional seating for up to (4).

Open living area with a comfortable sectional couch and a sofa sleeper that pulls out to a full bed. 50 “ ROKU Smart TV for catching up on your favorite movies, or read a book while snuggling up on the sofa. There is a rooftop deck off of the living area facing downtown. Shaded with nice views of Boise and the treeline. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine or a glass of wine on the rooftop deck.

The bedroom features a comfy KING bed, comfortable pillows with clean & crisp linens and a high-quality mattress for a great night’s sleep! A smart TV and large windows create a warm and cozy space. Peek a boo views of downtown and Boise tree line. There is a dresser and closet with plenty of space for your personal items. There is a pack & play available for guest use and the stacking Washer & Dryer are located in the bedroom.

Ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Modern tile, rain head and handheld shower. Large single sink vanity with plenty of storage and space for guest items. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer and quality linens & towels complete the necessities!

There is a private patio with a hot tub right outside the main entrance & kitchen area. This space is partially fenced for privacy and has a table and chairs with seating for (4), & a gas BBQ Grill for cooking outside. There are umbrellas for shade, hooks for hot tub towels and bistro lights for a nice ambiance.

There is FREE street parking in front of the property. **PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON A HILL AND THE DRIVEWAY TO WALK UP IS STEEP. THE LOFT IS LOCATED UP STAIRS & IT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE IN THE WINTER WHEN THERE IS SNOW OR ICE.

Pet friendly for up to (1) pre-approved dogs for an additional pet fee of $50 per dog.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private guest house & private patio and rooftop deck. The garage is NOT included and the Owner lives in the MAIN House

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in historical Boise East end neighborhood just northeast of Fort Boise Park and the Military Reserve. The foothills trails and bike trails are right outside your door, as well as the Fort Boise Dog Park. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Boise and directly behind St Lukes Hospital downtown Boise. Walk or Bike. Inexpensive UBER ride around Boise. Please make sure that you are aware the driveway can be hard to navigate as it is steep and can be icy in the winter. This home is located on a hillside which adds to its beautiful setting but also can be problematic in the winter at times!
For the avid bicyclist out there, just right up the hill is the Military Reserve Connection, a trail that is part of the connection between Military and Hulls Gulch Reserves. This combined with the Kestrel and Red Fox Trails, is also part of the "North by Northwest" crossing of the lower Boise Front.

Getting Around:
This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well (less than a mile). Boise Green Bikes are available at a low cost as well as electric scooters, and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. Bike or Road Bike.

Other Things to Note:
~ At the discretion of Stay in My District, we may require that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pet in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear

Interaction with Guests:
We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. The quickest way to contact us is via the platform in which you are booked as those messages go directly to our on call manager. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access via digital lock.

This is such a cute little location with a beautiful view. I didn’t use the hot tub because it seemed the owners windows overlook it and it felt a little awkward but other than that it was a great experience.

The space is beautiful and comfortable, very quiet. The only thing we really disliked was the lack of privacy due to glass front door that has a clear view of the neighboring house. Anyone on that side of house can see straight through to bedroom or bedroom door not closed.

brought my dog and we were right next to trails for lots of walks and off leash time. The trails were designated as off leash trails for dogs. trails had lots of dog walkers, hikers, and mountain bikers and everyone was friendly.

Everything as pictured! Nice city view, walking trails close by, easy access. I will say that the bed is firm, but I found it to be very comfy! Powerful portable A/C unit kept the place cool!

The trails were dry enough that we were on them everyday. Perfect with a dog. The apartment has everything we needed and the bedroom is super cozy with a fireplace. Good communication with the hosts. They also provided things to get you going, all soaps, coffee... Thank you.

This house was just perfect for two. It even has a pull out sofa sleeper if you need it for somebody extra. The property was clean, bright and not like you live in a basement feeling. The owners pay attention to details! A bonus is there is a hiking trail area right out the back door! We will definitely stay here again!
