I will start with the good. The staff is great, the rooms clean and comfy. We had one with a balcony and I highly recommend getting a room with one, it’s a nice touch. Each room has endless hot water, this isn’t always true at hotels so I deeply appreciated this. Now to the negatives. They offer a breakfast each morning for a really nominal price and it a good selection, but their cook could use some help: over cooked eggs, almost burnt bacon and potatoes that bordered on raw. The pool could also use some TLC: better cleaning, and covers on the floor vents that are missing. The building also looks a lot better in pictures than it does in real life. It’s definitely still a bit dated, but even with all of that we will be back. We had a good time and all of our ‘negatives’ are easily dealt with.

Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. Had an incident where AC did not work and room was hot. Staff found fan and refunded us our stay. The location was great and had rental scooters/bikes right outside.

Like the breakfast selection and room price was reasonable Lighting in room was limited. Only 2 of 7 light bulbs were working in vanity area The toilet flapper wasn’t working properly and was constantly filling up. The bathroom door had to be kept closed to eliminate sound The old section looks old and worn. Would recommend staying in newer section

Before I booked my room through the 3rd party, I called the hotel to ask if they can match prices, but i put in hold for over 7 minutes then i called again, but i was put in hold automatically until finally the FD (3 to 11 p.m) pick up... I asked her if they match prices, and she answered me saying NO and hung up the phone. I booked my room, and we showed to the hotel. The room AC didn't work the was 100 degrees, the phone didn't work, the tv didn't worked I ask the FD night audit lady (very nice lady), and she explain the had problems (understandable things happened). In the morning we had breakfast 👎 no utensils, the pastry box was disgusting dirty, and breakfast honestly was no good. I know is so much you can do, BUT honesty this hotel needs a lot improvements, starting with your FD 3 to 11 lady.

I really enjoyed our stay. The front desk girl, Sarah, who checked us in was super kind and polite and gave us free tickets to the speedway. Our room was in the tower and had a great view! The employees were all very friendly and courteous. The girl who I checked out with on Saturday morning was also very nice and friendly. We will definitely be returning!

First room they gave me it was 100° in the room. The phone didn’t work so I had to use my cell phone to call. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Had to call again and tell him that I am in a room and it’s hotter than hell. Then they said they’d send somebody 20 minutes later nobody came. So I packed my stuff and went downstairs and said give me a new room. Give me another room and the TV doesn’t work. I’ll never be back.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times due to hits location and reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and it was nice a quiet on Friday night. We chose to eat breakfast in your continental style dining area. We were in a hurry to get to my daughter’s graduation ceremony and they opened 10 minutes late and the food tasted like it was a few days old. There were about 5 light bulbs in our room that needed to be replaced and the bedside lamp didn’t work. We were also looking forward to using the hot tub and it was not working either. There was garbage overflowing in trash cans in the hallways and overall the hotel looked pretty run down and dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful, so that was a bright spot.

I stayed in room 670 and we had a leak coming from the ceiling, It only happened once but still.. a leak nontheless. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. Room was very hot, the AC didn't work as others have stated and I even read from the owner themselves that it was fixed. However it wasn't so that's a shame. Other than those two issues, I guess it was an alright stay. Would choose some place else though honestly but its an okay stay if you're on a budget

Staff was friendly. Hotel is in short walking distance of a delicious pizzaria and A'tavola, an Italiian cafe and market. However, the hotel property both outside and inside does not match the photos displayed on Expedia. Overall, the hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update. The desk chair as well as the reading chair in our room was dirty and in need of a steam clean. The bathroom faucet dripped continuously, a few light bulbs were out, and the bathroom fan did not work. Most things in our room, and in the hotel in general, appeared very worn. I would not have made a reservation at this hotel had I known the facility's conditions were so rundown, and I will not stay here again.
