Arnaque totale des l’arrivée on m’a donné une chambre sans fenêtre j’ai dû payer 70€ de plus pour avoir une chambre correcte avec fenêtre. Les repas du très bas de gamme. SPA Très cher excursions inintéressantes restaurant autour de l’hôtel des voleurs tous les prix exorbitants plus cher qu’à Londres alors qu’on est en Turquie. Bref très déçue de ce voyage je ne reviendrai plus dans cette région.

Personally, I needed some freetime away from work to R&R and found this the perfect fit. I could have peace and quiet or mingle if I wanted, I also enjoyed the entertainment provide each night. Staff were brilliant.

The hotel is not 5 stars first of all, but could go under 4 stars category. The staff are so welcoming, so helpful and nice all over the hotel. The food was good and so tasteful, unlike the reviews. Dessert buffet was amazing. Everyday they have a different menu. Buffet 3 times a day, and huge variation that suits all people. The terrace and view is so good. The location is perfect, walking distance to center. Beach is so clean, hotel is quite big. The only thing I didn’t quite like was the room, toilet is so small, needs renovation, and maybe different shampoo and shower gels cause they were bad. The bed was not really comfortable, but it was okay. I would definitely go again every summer. It was a nice trip overall. Thank you

The location of the hotel is amazing; it's right in downtown. No other hotel can beat the Diamond of Bodrum in that sense. The staff are extremely kind and helpful as well.

The positive bits first. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and couldn’t do enough. Shout out to Omar at the desk who went over and above to help me. The hotel is immaculate and location is excellent. We paid to upgrade our room to a balcony/sea view which is worth the money. My son had a standard promo room which was small and dark but suited a teenager. The food would put me off returning to the hotel. I am not fussy but the AI buffet is poor. The saving grace is the snack bar on the ground floor, which is more of a mini restaurant that serves decent salads, burgers, pizza etc. Overall we had a great time and can’t complain for the money we paid. The staff are 5* although personally I’d rate it as a 3* in comparison to other place we’ve stayed.

Staff was horrible, hotel is under poor management, no investment and always post old pictures of hotel to sell it. Not recommended at all. There's no seats by the beach. If you don't wake up at 7 morning to get one and stay there all day you will lose it.

Hello Dear Rrezarta,We are upset to get your unsatisfiying comment howeverthe staff is always kind and helpfull to all our guests. The hotel is the same on our online pictures. You are right that there are limited seats on the beach as all other hotels. We have rule that the guests can reserve the seats on the beach or pool maximum one hour and if it is still reserved we are giving another guests. If the guests want the seats and if we don't have available seats we are getting their contact number for arranging the seats. When we applied this situation to you, you did not want to accept it. You kept reserving the seats 3 hours and you wanted the same seats from us. We offered you we can arrange you another seats but you didn't accept it. We always gave you solution but you didn't accept it you thought that you are just our guests and the other guests are irrevelant in your side. This was unacceptable.Best regards,Management

The pictures of the rooms in the website are very different from the reality. Many of the personels were not professional, rude and agressive in their way of comminication. It is not worth the price and definetly not 5stars hotel. I won't give it more than 2 stars at max.

Well, when a hotel is meant 5 star my expectation
Well, when a hotel is garded as 5 star, I expect it to be 5 star not equal to 2 stars. This place was far from being 5 star. 1. I thought grading is international and wondering how they got their 5 stars grading? 2. the room was so dusty on the surfaces and the shower box as well. The garbage bin was so rusted entirely. 3. The size of the room was horrible. I asked the receptionist to upgrade me and I was told that all rooms are the same size which is not true. She added that I will be given another room only at the cost of €150/day on top of what I already paid. I called the website where I booked it from, they said that no-one answers at all. We didn’t have a space to put our luggages. You open the door, you literally fall on the bed. 4. The food was alright.

The hotel needs an update, I don’t think is a 5 stars hotel, the bed is hard, the pillows almost flat, the towels are broken and feels like carton when you dry your self, the mini bar has only water and food at the buffet is average, also very few people speak English, so communication is difficult.

My third stay at this hotel and I enjoyed my trip very much. Location is excellent right in the center , close to shopping , and a private beach across the street. Some rooms are better than others and also with the wi fi , worked at some area’s better than others. Evening shows were reduced, some nights there was nothing to do. Food was ok , did not like the set up they had , where they put the food on your plate. I understand COVID is the reason but I have been to other all inclusive hotel and and that is not the case, hope one day it will be as it used to be. All that aside it is a great hotel.

This is definitely not a five stars hotel. The room and the corridors were not clean. They don’t clean the corners. Too many insects. The toilet and room look very old and need maintenance. Old furniture. Tv screen not clear. Wifi very good all around the property. No variety in the buffet food. Flies on the food. Location is amazing close to everything. Nice music around the pool. Pool is great. The views are superb. The supervisor Surkan was very helpful. The staff are very professional and friendly.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Very dirty and so dusty they barely clean the floor even if we give tips. The corridors were also dirty. The food was average in the buffet restaurant… dinners better than lunches… many times we notice flies all over the food!!! The a la carte restaurant on the ground floor is much better and cleaner but only available for snacks/lunch time. Apart from this the views from the hotel terraces and reception were breathtaking! The location is the best thing in this hotel. It is close to the local shops and marina. Restaurants all around. Staff were polite and nice especially Surkan in the reception who was very helpful and could speak English and French very well.

We stayed there 4 nights Family trip. Positive points: The best location at the heart of the city. They changed our room to better one without extra charge, appreciated Very good DJ at the evening Cheaper price in comparison with other 5 star hotels in that area Friendly staff who had very hard job in 12 hours working time, without rotation Negative points: Poor room service due to lack of staff, only one person for each floor, every day!!!! Terrible room air conditioning, it didn't work 3-7 every morning, noisy and unstable Lack in quantity of staff in reception/restaurant/guest relation/room service.... Small pool and very limited beach... Terrible food , and dirty glasses and dishes at restaurant Low quality local drinks, only!! The hotel, is not really 5 star hotel.

Min oplevelse på Diamond of Bodrum
Det er min anden gang, at jeg besøger dette hotel. Det har endnu engang været en uforglemmelig oplevelse. De har ansat en person til, at evaluere kundernes tilfredshed på hotellet, hvilket giver en tryghed. Vi havde nogle gå punkter, som vi ikke helt var tilfreds med, hvilket blev løst på kort tid. Derudover er maden rigtig fin på hotellet.

Excellent but not perfect
It was really great with the view, the food is EXCELLENT, However, we are not happy about the condition of the rooms, the Aircondition is not cooling, even when we complained, Yet it wasn't cooling at all, also, there was no tooth paste on the rooms, they claimed because of Covid-19, I don't know why! the rooms are large but the bed is poor, very very poor! too low and the mattress is very low for such hotel, the bathroom is too tight, I think if the management can look into the Aircondition in all the rooms, Internet and fix the bed situation the hotel would be EXCELLENT, The staffs of the hotel are Just from another planet, they are WONDERFUL, Helpful, respectful and they do their jobs so well in the restaurant
