« What a nice place with plenty of room and comfortable beds. »

« La maison etait propre mais un peu petite pour 8 personnes. 2 salles de bain dont une assez petite , l’autre trop grande et qui dessert les 3 chambres donc l’agencement n’est pas parfait pour qui veut etre à l’aise surtout s’il y a 2 familles. L’absence de volet et les lumières extérieures constamment allumées ne sont pas ideales non plus pour le sommeil. Malgré ces points de détail la maison reste proche de la plage à pied et la propreté irréprochable. La communication avec notre hote était...

« Superbe cours aménagée d'une belle piscine, palmiers, tranquille et sécuritaire, à quelques pas de la plage. Nous avons adorés notre semaine. »

« We were in Boca to celebrate my mother in laws 90th birthday. Our son and DIL live in LA, our Daughter in CT - this house fit our needs. It was was roomy, nicely decorated and laid out perfectly for bedroom privacy and family time. We loved this place. We highly recommend staying here. »

« Space was perfect - everything one needs for fishing, Kayaking, and swimming. Lovely decor and comfortable bedding. Close to nearby shopping. Only slight bummer is the home across the canal is a bit of an eye sore- but we didn’t pay much attention. A lot of Peacock bass and other fish right off the back. Definitely recommend! »

« Very clean, very welcoming and pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and quiet the neighborhood was and proximity to everything we needed. They didn’t have coffee or black pepper, but that’s not a big deal. We were able to go to Publix and grab those things the amenities in the bathroom were great. Fantastic we wished it was a little bit warmer and that it was a little more filled with water but overall the experience was extremely great and we would definitely come back. »

« The house is comfortable, well stocked, nicely devorated and neat as a pin. The back area is A- ample clean pool, spacious Tiki lounge, lots of alternative places to sit. Grass is actually green. Maintenance landscape and pool people come regularly. Fun residental neighborhoods to rakd your pooces on walks. We booked our next year’s stay two days after we arrived.Thank you Sunny and Dave. »

« We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. One of the absolute highlights was the pool and tiki area. It was like having our own private resort right in the backyard! The tiki bar setup added such a fun, tropical vibe, and we spent most evenings lounging by the pool or enjoying drinks under the lights. Definitely recommend!! »

« Everything about the property was perfect & even better than we expected. Central location but you are guarded from road noise. Backyard is fully fenced in, with a separate side yard as well by the entrance. Our dog loved being able to run around freely! The yard/back patio is sectioned off to help separate the two sides of the duplex, which was perfect as we had our 6 mo. puppy with us.
