« Femme de chambre extraordinaire pour la room 205 suite non fumeur. Je crois qu'elle s'appelle Luz, J. Merciiiii. Tout était formidable(déjeuner, stationnement, lit confortable, nos cadeaux (eau). C'était notre première expérience avec l'hôtel. C'est une catégorie supérieure à l'hôtel que nous prenons habituellement (hampton inn). Je suggère cependant d'allonger l'heure du déjeuner jusqu'à 10h la semaine. »

« On est accueilli dans la chambre par des blattes dès notre arrivée dans la chambre 305 pour être précis. Je déteste cet insecte. Il faut vérifier si c’est pas généralisé dans l’immeuble. »

« The lobby was clean, staff friendly. The first room smelled of disgusting mold odor. Got another room assigned and still had a slight stench. The sheets had an odor too. Rooms need to definetly have the carpeting pulled out and ac ventilation updated. Will not stay again. »

« The room is not renovated like in the photos. We took the suite for that reason, but don't waste your money, it's nothing more than extra flooring. Everything is ruined, mirror broken, the bathroom door doesn't close, the handle is so disgusting that we had to put a towel on it to touch it, the sink only gives hot water, we had ants, in short, a place to forget. The positive note is the very courteous staff and the beds which are very comfortable. »

« Pas d’eau chaude pour 3 jours. On a demandé à 3 reprises que ce soit réglé sans succès. Très décevant et incompréhensible pour une chaîne appartenant à Marriott. »

« The place is for long term. Lots of drug abusers loitering around. I must have missed extended stay. You have to take your own trash out. Smelled like lab work. Slept fully clothed. Never, ever, ever again. Would love to have money back. »

« We absolutely loving coming here. We will be back in a couple months for another date night at the beautiful hotel and lovely shops within walking distance. Always enjoy the bar area and walking along the art. »
