The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. « Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...
