« We spent a week in Asheville at this lovely home and found it especially comfortable and welcoming! The evenings in June are still chilly, so after spending several nights on outdoor adventures, the soaking tub and fireplace were put to good use! It was fun to cook with family and friends.....The hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed a little extra assistance, which was taken care of quickly and easily. Overall a great stay, we would definitely come back again! »

« This cabin had all the things! The creek, the covered bridge over the creek and the caboose were fantastic. It was so pleasant to sit by the creek and listen to the water flow over the rocks. Serenity!The house had everything you would need to cook a meal and there were plenty of dishes if you needed them. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. « This property was the best kept house of any Vrbo we have stayed at. Driveway could be a little challenging for some because of the steep incline, but that’s what you should expect in the mountains. This was our first stay in Bryson City. The Great Smokey Mountain Railway is a must do! Suggestion, when arriving, DO NOT follow GPS and take Franklin Street off of the main highway. I’ve always been adventurous, but that IS NOT a nice welcome to your home. »

The owners response to any questions or concerns was very fast, We had daily visits from multiple bears and cubs. « Pros: clean , 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Laundry. Big porch.Cons: straight very steep gravel drive, almost 4 x4 access only. Rain makes it worse. Shared drive. Interior lighting was very dim. »
