« Belle hotel avec beau design. Accepte les chien $$. Très bien situé près de tout. Seul hic: la salle de bain était mal nettoyée dont la douche en verre qui comportait de la moisissure à la base des vitres et résidus de savon orange dans le coin en plus de couler jusqu a la toilette. »

« When making reservations I was VERY specific that I needed shower with handicap access and 2 queen beds with an adjoining room (or very close) to my brother and his wife that also wanted 2 queen beds (as she just had surgery and needed own bed) and NOT one king. The day before our arrival the Manager called to confirm our reservations and review our room needs. Yet, when we checked in their room was down the hall and had the handicap shower and one king bed, my father and I had the 2 queen...

« The facility was clean and up to date features. I would not stay there again because two reasons. one, the bathroom vent had a foul smell venting into the room. And two, there is a train that rolls right out the window a couple of times through the night. »

« They put me in a handicap room and I am not handicap, they said this was the only room available, and I had booked months in advance. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. The toilet had not been cleaned or flushed when I arrived. When I woke in the morning and went into the bathroom a bug was crawling on the floor. The room smelled like mold. »
