Guests have access to the entire unit during the stay including two driveways areas full home and decks except the locked owners private closets and exterior shed. Entry to the areas is prohibited and any damage to locks will incur fines which you agree to when booking
We love our guests and will be guided by you on what you need. For our extended stays guests- we do visit the property for safety checks including batteries, filters and garbage with notice and during regular hours to most accomodate you

This includes basic rules like occupancy, trash, noise parking etc. as required by our local government. We are nestled in the mountains and surrounded by wildlife including deer, bear, peacocks and more.

We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. The property is managed by a licensed real estate professional. This is a short-term vacation rental and is not subject to the rules, rights, or responsibilities associated with long-term tenancy. As such, we do not collect security deposits or enter into landlord-tenant relationships governed by long-term occupancy laws.

A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property. It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles:6 No street parking. PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full. No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors. TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions, Retreats or private business events NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. ALL CARS should have zero food and windows should remain closed FULLY especially during quiet times or overnight to avoid curious wildlife from trying to enter, ALL garbage MUST be fully bagged and brought to exterior containers on the day of pick up to avoid required clean up of overnight wildlife having a party in your items. Parking is in one of two places (upper and lower driveways) in both instances- there are graveled areas and driving slowly and will care is NECESSARY as late night access or turning around need to happen with extreme caution.
Please follow full check out instructions as locks will not work after or before check in/ check out times. Maint and cleaning crews arrive for quick turn over. Please reach out to see if early or late checks are available.
By booking you agree if you don`t check out - your items can be removed to the exterior unsheltered area for your pick up within 48 hours or we can dispose of items with no penalty.
