They open directly onto the expansive deck with plenty of seating and a wood-burning fireplace. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 hold on the card for the validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
