« Sheets where clean and bed looked perfect and not just slopped together! Lobby, hallway and room smelled clean!! Clerk was friendly and helpful! All amenities worked and nothing alarming for broken. Sadly I managed a hotel so my expectations are higher than most. Some hair on bathroom floor behind door. Fridge shelves had a few crumbs on it. Floor could of been vacuumed better. Overall for some review on other hotels I passed to come here was top notch. Will return when I'm in the area. »

« The property was very clean. The rooms were clean when I got there and went to my room. There was no TV service and I approached them about it and I said we do not know if it’ll be a few days or weeks. The dish network has went out and they’re trying to find out the problem. The nice thing is they did have the TV service back up after 2 1/2 days and they switched me to a room that had the TV service unfortunately after they fix the TV service some reason the Internet service went down so you had...

« The Hyatt Place Bloomington is a clean and nice facility with many good amenities and a friendly staff. Its located in downtown near many good restaurants, places to drink, shopping and more. However, if you're not familiar with downtown Bloomington then you'll quickly realize this is located on a very busy street in the heart of downtown and right above a late night bar.
