« Wonderful house for our family Christmas vacation! The host was terrific. She checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and were not having any problems. She decorated the house beautifully for us …. both inside and out. Large kitchen table for the family to eat at and play games. Duraflame logs were provided for us to enjoy the fireplace. « Our review of the property at Sun Filled Lake House Living property from July 10 to July 18, 2026.Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property looked exactly like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the character of the old-style cottage. The setting nestled in the woods was beautiful, and having two outdoor sitting areas was a great feature. « We do not drop poor reviews lightly. We rented a two unit house for 5 nights for 3,000. Out confirmation said we would have the place to ourselves. Instead, we had noisy construction crews on site, without any warning. When we complained and specifically asked that no one be on site for the remainder of our stay, the host agreed.
