« Waverly is wonderful. The location can't be beat, no car necessary. The apartment is beautifully kept and the host left us some lovely island treats. There is a great back porch with a wonderful view of the water, as well as a great covered front porch where you can sit and watch the island activity go by. We were so happy to have a dog with us and the host was wonderfully communicative and helpful. I can't recommend enough. »

« Overall great time at an expansive property that is located walking distance to Mansion Beach, Andy's Way, Clayhead Trails, and the North Lighthouse. At the time we stayed here we had access to three buildings. Main house (historic Daniel Mott homestead) with a full kitchen, two full baths, outdoor shower, three bedrooms, and a pull out couch. The cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and the bunk house with two bunkbeds, a sink, and an outdoor shower. More then enough room for the 10 people...

« We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs.
