« Simply perfect for a memorable stay in the heart of Dartmoor. We hadn't planned to stay until a few days before hand, but having seen the fantastic weather forecast decided to book (initially) a 1-night stopover on our way from Shropshire to Looe in Cornwall.

« The room was spotless, Lisa was welcoming and helpful.
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge were provided.

« I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of this hotel. The front of the property was extremely dirty, with rubbish scattered around, giving a very poor first impression upon arrival.
The outdoor swimming pool was out of service and filled with green, dirty water, which was both unappealing and concerning. The garden area was also poorly maintained, with broken furniture left lying around, adding to the neglected atmosphere.
