Très bien, piscine hamman sauna au top mais le personnel ne donne aucune information... à vous de trouver! Room service Très long (45 minutes pour un burger) Sinon grande chambre, confortable, l'endroit parfait pour prendre un avion le matin Très tôt (terminal à 5 minutes a pied)

Bien pour un vol matinal attention petit déjeuné
Hôtel récent et propre. Rien a dire sur les chambres. Par contre il était noté petit déjeuné à partir de 4h du matin, c’est faux. La salle ouvre à 7h et nous n’avons eu droit qu’à une petite viennoiserie et une banane avec un café ( petite table à côté de l’accueil ) donc vraiment pas top à ce niveau là. Par contre top d’être à deux min de marche du hall de l’aéroport

La chambre est bien preparée. Le check in a pris plus d'une heure, le staff au bar était brusque et le hall de restauration sentait très fort un produit chimique genre peinture.

Good check in but not enough staff on bar considering they had a function on. What can I say about the restaurant its chaos. Know one knows what they are doing we ordered starter and mains all came out together,we ordered a bottle of good wine with which we had to ask twice where it was after 1/2 an hour it appeared with the cork in it and warm wine glasses ( I went to get glasses from the bar) after 45 minutes we where still waiting for our main meal which we sent back earlier. We left the restaurant to try and make a complaint before I got to reception the restaurant manager ran after me trying to tell me that the hotel was busy and even when i explained what happened he just kept telling me that everyone is busy. We booked the hotel as it was supposed to be the beginning of our holiday before we flew away well we where very disappointed.

The service at this hotel has declined substantially since I last stayed a few years ago. There is only one restaurant which gets really busy and the food is awful. Service was exceptional slow for dinner. Radisson Blu was a respected name in the industry- this one at Stansted really lets the brand down. I would never stay here again

I had to move rooms three times. The rooms were run down and not clean at all. I waited over an hour before I could settle.

Actually nothing wrong with the staff, they were OK. They just seemed to be bound by a series of unfathomable rules. If you sit at this table you have to order at the bar, the bar is table service only. There is no food served in this area despite there being condiments on the table. Nice people working in a bit of a sh****ow in my opinion. It’s a very specific sort of hotel catering for a very specific, one night, clientele. I don’t believe it can be that difficult to match needs to service.

Il corridoio del primo piano dove si trovava la nostra camera era alquanto sporco. La stessa camera dava la sensazione di non essere stata rifatta. Avoid this property. We were moved to three different rooms with one of them resembling a crime scene. Filthy, dirty rooms with furniture and decor falling to bits. The only saving graces were the patience and kindness of the Front of House Staff and the proximity to the airport itself.

Very nice and clean, helpful staff and lots of perks when you become a member. Didn’t like the air conditioning shut off in the middle of the night so room became very hot and humid. Generally good stay.

Rooms need upgrading and better cleaning. USB ports don’t work in any rooms. Temperature control is tempremental. Slow drainage in bathroom. Shower gel pumps are bad to use. Outdated shower fittings. Very poor and expensive coffee (4.50!)
