Getting around

Walk, jog, run, or drive; everything you need is within a block or two away.

Refundable Damage Deposit (Direct, VRBO, and Booking.com Guests ONLY): A refundable damage deposit is required for bookings and will be returned after your stay if no damage or rule violations occur.
Local Guest Approval: Reservations for local guests require prior approval. Please contact us before booking and provide the reason for your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation until it is approved.

Events/Parties: NO PARTIES or LARGE EVENTS of any sort are allowed. If you are caught having a party, you will be fined $500.

Noise Complaints: Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between the quiet hours of 9 PM and 8 AM. A $150 fee will be charged if a noise complaint is received.

Security Cameras: Any tampering with the outdoor cameras will result in a $150 fee per camera/violation and immediate eviction without a refund.

Guest Contact: Refrain from contacting neighbors or the leasing office. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors or on the property. A $250 fine will apply for any violations.

Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $35 fee each.

Minors: All guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This does include the use of any amenities.

No Pets Allowed: A $200 fine will be applied for any violations.

Late Checkouts: Unapproved late check-outs are charged $100 per hour past 10 AM.

Bathroom: Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers.

Cleaning & Maintenance: $50 fee for makeup stains, blood, or throw-up found on bed sheets, comforters, or pillows.

Keys and Access Items: A $100 fee will apply for each misplaced key, key fob, electronic key card, clicker, or parking pass.

Parking Violations: You will have assigned parking arrangements outlined in your check-in instructions. All parking violations will result in towing at your expense and a $50 fee per violation.

Rental Agreement: To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we require a rental agreement to be completed prior to check-in. If this step is not completed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Great property in railroad park area

Appartment was clean, convenient to the baseball stadium and railroad park. For us it was the perfect place to get to UAB. Quiet and clean and relaxing with good TV's a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the stadium. Only wish the Barons had been in town while we were there.

Stay while visiting friends.

Overall it was clean but needed a little deep cleaning in a few areas. It was a great location as it was perfect for getting where we wanted to go. Excellent communication with manager. We would stay there again if we came back to Birmingham!

The room was excellent. The property was great and a great location. Only thing that was missing were wash clothes but that was an easy fix. There were some check out rules that were emailed after I had already left the property such as put dirty towels in washer and start dishwasher. I would advise to the owner to send those instructions with the check in rules. Hate I missed doing those things because it’s such a great property.
