Lovely hotel and room. All very clean and comfortable. Great location for shops and the Elbow gig! Lots of nearby food places too. The upstairs bar and restaurant was very nice, especially siting out on the balcony for pre (and post) concert) drinkies! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff were very hard working, they had to be as there were far too few considering how busy it was. The only gripe was the too loud music in the evening. Almost impossible to have a conversation! More like a disco...but nobody was dancing:-(

We stayed at the Genting hotel for my birthday night out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was made even more special by receptionist Anmol. Thank you so much, we already can not wait to return.

We stayed for 4 nights for an event in Resorts World Arena. I love the convenience of it and shopping areas and restaurants just within walking areas of the hotel. Unfortunately, no complimentary wi-fi or bottled water during our stay.

Convenient. Great location. Lots to do nearby. Staff were excellent and facilities were more than adequate . The surrounding rooftop areas were lacking in anything worth looking at and the restaurant was outside the hotel (but great food and drinks). Generally excellent for a quick stay if you don't want majestic views or to have everything available within the hotel itself.

Lovely hotel in a complex with lots of restaurants, bowling, casino, and less than 5 mins walk from NEC. Sky bar for breakfast was amazing with excellent food, spa with outdoor jacuzzi very relaxing and plush. Front of house staff really helpful - thank you

Great hotel for events at the Arena & NEC as it was across the road. You could access the train station via the NEC for arrivals from other areas or pop to the Bull Ring for shopping. Lots of things to do in the immediate area but yet the hotel was quiet for sleeping. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. We had a great time and would come back again and stay 2 nights next time.

Had an enjoyable overnight stay for Rick Astley concert.Breakfast was good with lots of options and I thought the rooms were lovely, comfy bed and large wallin shower was great. 2 negatives, only 1 lift was working and more Sky bar staff would have been better especially with an event on as it took 20mins and then 15mins to get served. I appreciate cocktails take time to make but 20mins to get a beer and a coke wasnt great

Ideal location - long corridors!
We received a warm welcome at reception. Our room was spotlessly clean and pleasant. Our room was a long walk from the lift down the end of two long corridors, something to consider if your mobility isn’t brilliant. For me the bed was a bit too hard and I’m use to much softer pillows. Good selection of tea and coffee in the room as well as soft and alcoholic drinks included in the fridge. That was a nice touch. Nice roof top bar and restaurant. Staff and service very good. Great location for NEC.

Worst stay ever .. broken AC, broken safe, bad food at dinner, terrible service at breakfast, had good massages at the spa and girls there were lovely .. usually so happy with this place as we stay several times a year but after a weekend with no proper sleep, no proper food, I was very disappointed to be told, thanks for the feedback but there’s no manager here to deal with your issues :(

Great location for the NEC. The reception area was very nice and smelt wonderful. Huge lifts. Clean corridors. Our room showed signs of ageing on the cabinets as in the vineer being chipped. Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Good shower and facilities.
