Je n'ai pas apprécié dans un 1er temps l'accueil. On nous as fait attendre 35 mn pour nous donner notre chambre qui en plus netait pas prête. Le sol etait sale. Et le petit dejuener nen etait pas un. Juste café et muffin emballés

The property is not that old but it’s not that new we are a military family. And I will say the best part about the hotel was Ms. Judy at the front she provided exceptional customer service and was very patient with my kids always loosing there keys. She made them feel safe at the hotel and I will forever appreciate that

Location is dated, stairwells were very dirty, outside doors only worked after keying the card 4 or 5 times, there is NO elevator, the cabinets in the room were stuck shut from grease, there was no coffee machine in the room and there was no real breakfast, only some muffins, luke warm water and luke warm coffee. The staff was nice enough, and the bed was comfortable.

Overall, not a bad place, just not the best place.
I am not sure how to explain the hotel. There was no overhang to pull under when you checked in and it was pouring rain. There was no bathroom in the lobby. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. There was a small kitchenette. I liked that it had a full size refrigerator. I also liked that they had a dish package available if you needed it. We only stayed one night, so we did not use this. The room was very dated. It looked old. When we went down for their "breakfast @ 6:10 all they had was coffee. Not sure if they ever brought anything else out, but we left and got something to eat elsewhere, due to time constraints.

When I opened the light in the kitchen, I saw a big roach running over the counter I told receptionist that I wanted an upgrade or my money back. She told me there would be an upcharge. She had to call manager and to give me the upgrade at no charge. I was informed that I had to vacate the new room on Wednesday I requested a blow dryer ( none in room) and was told I needed to see the day receptionist because she had no idea where there was one. The next day I needed to sign the hairdryer out ( she had a hard time finding one) There is no elevator in the building I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. My original room was on the first floor Needed to go up a set of stairs to go down another set to get to my room. There were 2 washers and dryers. All.but one dryer was out if order.

There are no elevators in this facility. Coming into the lobby is approximately 12 steps to get to the main floor. I suppose if you just have one suitcase it's not bad, but we had quite a bit of luggage as we were heading south for a few months. Friendly staff, quiet, main doors are not locked at night and there is no one manning the desk.

Nonsmoking room still smelled of smoke. The floors looked as if they weren’t swept after the last guest. The sink had what looked like dried comet caked around the edges inside. My expectations were much higher for the price. At least the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, the bedsheets were clean, and I felt safe.

This was a nice place for a lay over. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a strange smell like mashed potatoes in the hall, but the room was clean. We were on the non smoking floor, but there was a hint of cigarette smoke. Overall, it was a decent hotel and I would stay again.

The room was clean and the clerk at the front desk was responsive when the first room sleeper sofa would not work. We were given another room and this one the sofa bed worked but no bed linens. The clerk brought us clean linens at 1:00 in the morning. There was a smell in the room but overall it was clean.

Unique lobby in the sense when you pull up outside it’s subtle and you may pass by it at first like I did. The room was basic and clean but if you need a full kitchen it’s a good stay.

The thing I liked about this property is that the some of the staff were friendly, Walmart close by, and close to event we were there for. Other than that, I will never stay here again. First thing, we were called COLORED by another guest. I took care of that. Breakfast was the same muffins and instant oatmeal every single day. The coffee had an after taste. The paper goods were not individually wrapped. When we checked in, the clerk said there is a full kitchen, but would be put us on a list to get the kitchen cookware. We NEVER received them. The toilet paper was very thin, and rough. The hotel actually ran out, and we had to buy our own! The procedures to receive fresh towels, linens, and housekeeping service was not up to par. We had to strip the bed, collect the dirty towels, and take them to the front desk. If clean linen and towels were available, we would be given us fresh ones to make the bed ourselves. Not to mention the bed sleeps horribly. My back was hurting after night one. And the bed was a full, not a queen. While on our stay, we were under a tornado warning. There was NO organized planned for staff or guest to shelter in place. We received an alert on our phones to take cover. I called the front desk to ask what was protocol. I was told once we heard sirens, then we come downstairs. Once we heard the siren, we went down. There was literally only 4 guests, including us, and the front desk clerk there. I will never stay again.
