✨ Before You Book: The building is updating the lobby and some common areas. Work is light and won’t affect your unit, but you may notice activity during your stay. We’ve already lowered our nightly rate to reflect this—your comfort and experience remain our top priority.

📲 Check-In Made Simple: All guests use the Grata app for seamless building and unit access. Download before arrival for a smooth check-in. We also provide door code for our guest that are the “code type of people =)”



🏊 Seasonal Pool Access: Cool off from May–November at the building’s pool. Hours are weekdays 9am–5pm, Saturdays 10am–5pm, and Sundays 1pm–5pm. Please follow pool rules so everyone can enjoy the space.

Property is available for check-in at 4pm unless early check-in is requested (2pm, with a small fee that goes directly to our cleaners for schedule an extra pair of hands to get the unit ready for you quicker)

🐾 Pets – Only registered pets are allowed.



🚭 Smoking – Strictly prohibited inside the property. Fees will apply if violated.



🎉 Parties & Events – Gatherings or parties are not permitted. Violations may result in immediate removal.



👥 Guests – Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.



✨ Guest Verification & Deposit

To make check-in seamless and secure, all guests are required to complete a quick verification through Enso Connect, a trusted third-party platform partnered with Airbnb. You’ll receive an email or text from Enso Connect with simple instructions to finalize the process.



To protect both guests and our home, a mandatory option from a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $300 refundable security deposit. Deposits are a hold only, and funds are automatically released after your stay if no damage or rule violations occur.
