The space

The full kitchen is set for real cooking, with a stove, oven, microwave, a double door refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker, and a full set of cookware and dishes on quartz countertops. The bedroom centers on a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and a walk in closet. The full bathroom has a walk in shower, a vanity, towels, a hair dryer, and starter toiletries.

Your private balcony with a seating area looks out over the Lakeview neighborhood, set for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The building amenities are the real differentiator, and you have access throughout your stay.

Free parking is on the street, the covered garage is reserved for permanent residents. You have self check in, with full arrival instructions sent before your stay. Building amenities are shared with residents and may have posted hours.

The neighborhood

This condo sits in the Lakeview District on the edge of downtown Birmingham, one of the most walkable parts of the city for food and nightlife, perched near Lakeview Park. Pepper Place, home of the Saturday market, and a cluster of Lakeview bars and restaurants are within easy reach. Railroad Park and Regions Field, where the Birmingham Barons play, are minutes away, and Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark is about three minutes out. The Birmingham Museum of Art, the Alabama Theatre, McWane Science Center, and the Birmingham Zoo all sit within ten minutes by car. UAB and the medical district are close, a strong fit for traveling medical staff and business guests.

Getting around

Lakeview is one of the more walkable Birmingham neighborhoods, so many restaurants and bars are within reach on foot. Free street parking at the property makes driving easy when you want it, and rideshare through Uber and Lyft is simple to catch downtown. Local bus service runs nearby as well. UAB and the medical district are a short drive away. Birmingham Shuttlesworth International Airport is about twelve minutes by car.

Other things to note

A few details to know before booking. There are exterior security cameras on the property for safety, and there are no interior cameras. This is a downtown apartment building in Lakeview, so you may hear normal city sounds, which is part of staying close to the action. The pool, gym, rooftop, and other building amenities are shared with residents and may have posted hours. Free parking is on the street, the covered garage is reserved for permanent residents. The pool is a shared community amenity exclusively maintained and serviced by the building`s property management team. Our company is not responsible for its upkeep or the scheduling of maintenance. Lobby refreshments are managed by building staff and are not included with your stay. Quiet hours run from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non smoking unit, parties and events are not allowed, no pets, and maximum occupancy is four guests.

Important details

Refundable Damage Deposit (Direct and VRBO Guests Only): A $250 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned after your stay if no damage or rule violations occur. The hold release after check-out can take approximately 3-10 business days.

Rental Agreement: To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we require a rental agreement to be completed prior to check-in. If this step is not completed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Local Guest Approval: Reservations for local guests require prior approval. Please contact us before booking and provide the reason for your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation until it is approved.

Events/Parties: NO PARTIES or LARGE EVENTS of any sort are allowed. If you are caught having a party, you will be fined $500.

Noise Complaints: Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between the quiet hours of 9 PM and 8 AM. A $150 fee will be charged if a noise complaint is received.

Security Cameras: Any tampering with the outdoor cameras will result in a $150 fee per camera/violation and immediate eviction without a refund.

Guest Contact: Refrain from contacting neighbors or the leasing office. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping indoors or on the property. A $250 fine will apply for any violations.

Lobby Refreshments: Guests are welcome to use the building amenities such as the pool and gym; however, please note that lobby refreshments are monitored by building management and are not available for our guests. Taking advantage of these refreshments will result in a $100 fee.

Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $35 fee each.

Minors: All guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This includes the use of any amenities.

No Pets Allowed: A $200 fine will be applied for any violations.

Late Checkouts: Unapproved late check-outs are charged $100 per hour past 10 AM.

Bathroom: Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers.

Cleaning & Maintenance: $50 fee for makeup stains, blood, or throw-up found on bed sheets, comforters, or pillows.

Keys and Access Items: A $100 fee will apply for each misplaced key, key fob, electronic key card, clicker, or parking pass.

Parking Violations: You will have assigned parking arrangements outlined in your check-in instructions. All parking violations will result in towing at your expense and a $50 fee per violation.
