Dear Arvinraju, it is an honour to read that your time with us was memorable thanks to the quality of service and attention of our team members. We appreciate your positive feedback on the villa, surroundings and facilities. Your kind words are encouraging and we are pleased to be of service.
We would also like to take this opportunity to inform that the Mini Zoo protected animals are officially relocated to Safari Lodge Lagoi. A lot of the animals including the Cassowary, Eagle, Crocodiles, Slow Loris, Peacock and some of the Pythons have been successfully relocated. We are currently making plans for planting in that area and will soon be renamed. Sorry, you couldn't enjoy the beach thoroughly due to the pollution. We know how this can interrupt the vacation fun and the frustration falls on our resort too. We have to feedback this to the relevant authorities and hope that it won’t affect the resort for long as we work hard on promoting our lovely beach. We have extended more manpower to clean the beach, also we will take a look at the cleaning schedule from the dates of your stay and see what we missed as we strive to get better every day and we appreciate your feedback.
We hope to invite you and your family back in the near future for another vacation. Cheer!
