Very cosy & pleasant staying here. But the in-house activities & restaurant prices are slightly more expensive than Singapore.

ヴィラは外観は年季が入っていたが内装は新しく水周りも綺麗だった。1階はリビングダイニングとキッチン。2階は2ベッドルームで十分な広さがあり快適だった。 目の前の海はタールとクラゲに注意の看板があったが訪れた日は問題なかった。 食事は美味しかった。 このヴィラはニルワナの敷地内にありボーリング場などを利用することが出来た。

A nice and spacious house with clean rooms, but due to its location right in a garden, there were beetles and moths and even two cockroaches. We kept the windows and door closed all the time, but bugs still manage to enter. Wifi was way too weak to download movies or load videos, but whatsapp and normal surfing is okay. TV is big with a number of channels. Heater is not too good; water isn’t always warm. Staff were helpful and courteous and provided whatever they could.

Comfortable stay with a lot of extra expenses
Had a great time with the extended family. It was disappointing that you have to pay for all the extras - like the kids club where most resorts include all of these. Apart from that everything was great and the resort was vert wuiet.

Great relaxation and family vacation place
We stayed 3 days and 2 nights with my family of 4, my parents and our helper. It was one the the most comfortable and best villas I have stayed in. The villa was situated in lush green environment overseaing a nice lotus pond. There were 2 pools which was great to have a swim in whenever we wanted. The pool was open by the time we we were up and closed by 7pm. My family had a great time in the pool. Whenever we needed assistance to go to the Nirwana resort hotel, the staff was as always available to send a buggy down to pick us up. The villa was very clean, well renovated and well maintained. Everyone there were always very friendly and pleasant. There weren’t very much vegetarian food options other than spice restaurant. There is a lot of room for improvement for the in-house food options. Buffet breakfast was excellent. More Indonesian cuisines could have been included. The mini zoo wasn’t much fun. They just had a few rabbits and a few birds. The Bowling alley needs to be maintained better. The elephant ride was great. The beaches were nice but sadly there were a lot of black tar on the beaches. Removing them from the feet and the foot wear was a daughting task. Overall the villa was good for family relaxation but just that the food and other activities were a bit overpriced. I wish to thank the staff and management for making our stay wonderful. I wish they could continue the level of services and the cleanliness of the resort.

We appreciate your positive feedback on the villa, surroundings and facilities. Your kind words are encouraging and we are pleased to be of service. We would also like to take this opportunity to inform that the Mini Zoo protected animals are officially relocated to Safari Lodge Lagoi. A lot of the animals including the Cassowary, Eagle, Crocodiles, Slow Loris, Peacock and some of the Pythons have been successfully relocated. We are currently making plans for planting in that area and will soon be renamed. Sorry, you couldn't enjoy the beach thoroughly due to the pollution. We know how this can interrupt the vacation fun and the frustration falls on our resort too. We have to feedback this to the relevant authorities and hope that it won’t affect the resort for long as we work hard on promoting our lovely beach. We have extended more manpower to clean the beach, also we will take a look at the cleaning schedule from the dates of your stay and see what we missed as we strive to get better every day and we appreciate your feedback. We hope to invite you and your family back in the near future for another vacation. Cheer!

The place was quite clean and spacious. However the english proficiency of the staffs are quite low. Buggy service was a bit slow. Was disappointing to have only 1 shower room for such a big place. Aircon should be installed in the living room as that is the usual gathering place for all.

ビーチとプールに囲まれたビラ
海ではシュノーケリングや、バナナボートあり、プールもホテルとビラ用の2箇所。敷地内ではミニ動物園や象にも乗れます。この象ライドも10分だけど直に背中に座るので乗ってる感抜群で家族で楽しめます。

Resort is a bit old, but service was good. Everything is priced according to Singapore standards, even alcohol, so don't expect it to be cheap.

Worth staying with the family.
Friendly staffs. even took the extra mile to bring us to our villa through the buggy even-though the buggy is for arriving and departing guests. The villa is a little bit dated but the place is clean and the surrounding is beautiful.
