« Perfect location in the centre of town and near to all the amenities (as well as the start and end of our walk - the main reason for going). Staff friendly, bedroom quiet, clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast thrown in. We also had an evening meal here which again was very good and a reasonable price. Would come again »

« Grosse dĂ©ception concernant la piscine notamment ! Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© cet hĂŽtel principalement pour ça et malgrĂ© un hĂŽtel annoncĂ© family friendly, nous apprenons en arrivant Ă 17:30 que les enfants sont interdits Ă partir de 18:00 (ils ont mĂȘme semblĂ© hĂ©sitĂ© Ă nous laisser entrer et sont venus avant 18h dire qu'il fallait sortir) mais qu'ils y ont de nouveau accĂšs de 8 Ă 10 le matin, en plein sur le crĂ©neau du petit dĂ©jeuner. « Beautiful Hotel, fab food, breakfast amazing, clean comfortable beds room was a bit cold on arrival and took a bitbof time to heat up,but, there was an oil radiator in the room.
The staff are fantastic, welcoming professional and helpful. »

« Staff were amazing on reception and a shout out to the male manager(?) next door at Beefeater! Excellent service!
Room was sufficient for our needs the only thing that would be great would be a smart tv in the room! »

« The hotel is beautiful and maintains many original features. There is a masterpiece of juxtaposition with the old meeting the new aspects, I loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The food was melt in the mouth and homemade yummy! Also it was very reasonable prices for such a good hotel well done!! Will see you soon »

« The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting.
The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming.
The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom.
The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere.
Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didnât feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies. »
